利用二氧化鈦顆粒改質MF高分子薄膜

摘要


中文摘要 TiO2顆粒擁有光催化作用(Photocatalytic),添加於薄膜之中,不僅有自淨作用(Self-cleaning)降低積垢的產生也連帶提升薄膜的親水性,同時也能增加通量。本研究以PSf/PVP及PVDF鑄模液中添加不等量的TiO2顆粒,製成自製PSf/PVP/TiO2及PVDF/TiO2薄膜,除基本性質鑑定外,還有對偶氮染料的光催化實驗及牛血清蛋白(BSA)模擬實廠中污泥所產生之蛋白質來進行抗積垢能力實驗。PSf/PVP薄膜基本性質部份,添加酒精及水分於鑄模液中的效力不如控制薄膜成形凝固劑溫度使薄膜skin layer變薄來得有效,孔徑大小在添加TiO2顆粒後無太大差異。PVDF薄膜部分,PVDF/TiO2薄膜對偶氮染料RB-5有光降解效果隨TiO2含量增加而提升,且對偶氮染料中有機物及色度皆有降解效果々以BSA模擬實廠活性污泥所產生之蛋白質操作結果顯示PVDF/TiO2薄膜對BSA所造成的阻抗確實有減緩的效果。

Abstract Due to the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 particles, they are widely utilized for membrane surface modification to achieve hydrophilic, self-cleaning and anti-fouling membranes. In this study, different amounts of TiO2 were added to the casting solution of poly(sulfone)/poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PSf/PVP) and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) to prepare hand-made and machine-made PSf/PVP/TiO2 and PVDF/TiO2 entrapped membranes. It was found that the addition of water or alcohol to the casting solution does not increase the stability of the membrane skin layer, but controlling the temperature of the coagulation bath has a positive effect. The contact angle of PSf/PVP/TiO2 membrane was almost the same as that of the neat membrane. The photocatalytic ability of PVDF/TiO2 membrane was evaluated using Reactive Black 5 (RB-5), and the photodegradation of dye was directly proportional to the amount of TiO2. Anti-fouling tests using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as foulant showed that PVDF/TiO2 had good fouling mitigation capability. Key
