近年來,隨著企業間的競爭日漸劇烈,企業必須藉由展現高效率製造績效來找出維持競爭力的方法,過去幾十年間,精實製造方法問世,至今該方法仍被用於提高生產製造效能;然而,目前仍有許多企業在完全實行精實製造上遭遇困難,且完工時間會變得更長,甚至會影響到產品準時送達時間。 本研究主要的目的在於建構一模型,該模型整合了精實生產及派工法則進而達到完工時間最小化,研究模型透過印尼回火玻璃工業個案上得到完整的實行,且藉由此模型應用於8 mm鋼化玻璃上,得知產品價值加值時間花費減少(5.86%),產品價值無加值時間浪費減少(11.45%),且影響總完工時間減少11.75%。
With the tight competition between companies, they have to figure out how to stay competitive by performing efficient manufacturing. Lean manufacturing, that has been introduced from the past last decades, still demonstrates its ability to speed up production. However, many companies still have difficulties to fully implement lean manufacturing and the make span become longer even can affect the on-time delivery. This research proposed a model that integrates lean production and dispatching rule to minimize make span. The model was successfully implemented in tempering glass industry in Indonesia. By applying the model, for production of 8 mm tempered glass, there are reduction for added value time (5.86%) and non-value added time (11.45%). Those lead make span reduction by 11.75%.
