本研究旨在探討桃園市國中代理教師身心健康、工作壓力因應策略與自我效能之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及中介效果,並瞭解三者間的因果關係。本研究採的研究方法為問卷調查法,以107學年度桃園市60所公立國民中學之代理教師為本研究母群體,採分層隨機抽樣進行,抽取 411位代理教師為研究樣本,以「桃園市國中代理教師身心健康、工作壓力因應策略與自我效能問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數考驗、變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中代理教師身心健康現況達到「高」的程度;代理教師工作壓力因應策略使用現況達到「中高」的程度;代理教師自我效能現況達到「高」的程度。 二、不同背景變項之國中代理對教師身心健康,工作壓力因應策略與自我效能有所差異。 三、代理教師身心健康與工作壓力因應策略為高度正相關;代理教師身心健康與自我效能為高度正相關;代理教師工作壓力因應策略與自我效能為高度正相關。 四、國中代理教師身心健康、工作壓力因應策略與自我效能間具影響關係,工作壓力因應策略是國中代理教師身心健康與自我效能的中介變項。
The purpose of this study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect among junior high school substitute teachers' physical and mental health, coping strategies for job stress, and self-efficiency in Taoyuan City. The method, involving the questionnaire survey is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 411 samples that are from 60 public junior high schools in Taoyuan City. Data were analyzed by the statistical methods of independent t-test, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. The physical and mental health status of junior high school substitute teachers in the state of Taoyuan City reached a “high” level. The level of coping strategies for job stress was mid-to-high.;The self-efficiency reached the “high” level. 2. Substitute teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in physical and mental health, coping strategies for job stress and self-efficiency. 3. There is a significantly positive correlation between junior high school substitute teachers’ physical and mental health, and coping strategies for job stress.There is a significantly positive correlation between junior high school substitute teachers’ physical and mental health and self-efficiency.There is a significantly positive correlation between junior high school substitute teachers’ coping strategies for job stress and self-efficiency. 4. “Coping strategies for job stress” is a moderate variable between junior high school substitute teachers’ physical and mental health and self-efficiency.
