應用設計思考理論探討生產管理決策之研究

一家企業要能夠在競爭的市場存活，仰賴的是企業內每一階層的管理者所做出來的每一個決策。在資訊科技日新月異的時代，要想在在市場上持續維持競爭優勢勢必要善用科技的力量來幫助企業做管理及決策。此研究以 W 公司某事業群之工廠管理戰情平台之建置過程為例。過程中為滿足不同層級主管的決策管理需求，會以設計思考(Design Thinking)的思維邏輯及手法為工具，從人的角度出發，針對各種管理需求找尋創新解決方案並能夠確保能夠執行實施。希望能藉本研究成果驗證設計思考(Design Thinking)確實可以做為解決管理決策問題之方法及工具。

For an enterprise to survive in a competitive market, it relies on every decision made by managers at every level of the company. In the era of rapid development of information technology, in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the market, it is necessary to make good use of the power of technology to help companies make management and decision-making. This study takes as an example the establishment process of a factory management information platform of a business group of W company. In the process, in order to meet the decision-making management needs of different levels of supervisors, the design thinking logic and techniques will be used as tools, from a view of human , to find innovative solutions for various management and decision needs and ensure that they can be implemented. I hope the results of this research will be useful to verify that Design Thinking can indeed be used as a method and tool to solve management and decision-making issues.
