以資料倉儲為基礎於多角化企業共通性服務之研究

摘要


全球化的競爭環境底下,企業不能只單純的專注在原始創立時的單一產業,為了因應全球化的競爭壓力,企業開始朝著多角化的經營方式進行,除了避免因只投資於單一產業而隨著市場波動而有營運風險,更可以進而透過發展水平多角化、垂直整合多角化、集中式多角化或複合式多角化的方式發展與企業原有產業相關或不相關之產業,並且進而利用公司剩餘資源來達成企業資源之有效利用。基於多角化的跨部門、跨區域、跨產業之發展,會造成企業集團需花費時間與成本在許多重複的作業流程上,因此而無法專注在原有核心專業領域,因此本研究想要根據共通性服務之建構,將企業重複的作業流程簡化集中,進一步讓企業集團當中例如採購、研發、人力資源…...等不同的組織功能皆被視為獨立的單一模組,成為不同的營運中心,提供整合且專業的服務給企業內部外部之使用者,以此降低企業作業成本及提升營運績效。

Because of the globalization, the enterprise can not focus on the single industry. In order to cope with the competitive pressure of globalization, the enterprise began to expand diversification strategy. The diversification strategy can not only avoiding the operational risk, but also development the other industry which different from the original industry or not. And then use the the company's remaining resources to achieve the effective use of enterprise resources. Due to the development of the cross-sectoral, cross-regional and cross-industry, the enterprise will spent time and cost on repetitive workflow. Therefore can not focus on develop the core technique. Hence the study will based on the construction of shared service to simplify the repetitive workflow. Further let the different organizational functions become different operations centers such as purchasing, research and development, human resources,etc. The operations centers can provide integrated and professional services to the users, reduce the operating costs and improve operational performance.
