基於價值共創的永續產品服務系統方法之研究

摘要


產品服務系統(Product Service Systems,簡稱為PSS)是一種集成產品、服務、行動者網 路和支援基礎架構的系統。當前永續PSS(Sustainable Product–Service Systems,簡稱為 S.PSS)的研究側重於將環境因素納入設計開發中,面臨著四個方面的問題:第一, S.PSS 等舉 措尚未成為主流,並且缺乏支援這種轉變的方法。第二,永續的系統解決方案需要更大範圍的 利益相關者和更加複雜的關係。第三,工業生產正在向更能應對從大眾消費到個人行為和高度 個性化需求的時代轉變的模型發展,S.PSS 需要消費者的認可並具有吸引力。第四,PSS 中的 價值主張不僅限於產品和服務,需要更多地关注永續價值主張的社會和經濟層面。本文旨在開發一種新的 PSS 設計方法,該方法將 S.PSS、服務為主導的邏輯和變革式服務 設計集成到價值共創的設計主張中。以設計研究法為研究框架,並結合 DANP 多準則決策分析 法和參與式研究進行理論研究、項目實踐和驗證分析,提出一個基於價值共創的 S.PSS 方法, 稱為「以價值共創為導向的產品服務系統」(Value Co-Creation-oriented Product Service Systems -VCPSS)。研究表明 VCPSS 能夠使利益相關者和行動者在永續的背景下,有系統的進行 PSS 的價值 共創:首先,VCPSS 在一定程度上可以涵蓋「S.PSS」、「S-D 邏輯」、「價值共創」和「變 革式服務設計」。VCPSS 中的價值共創機會得到了認可。其次,對「品牌價值」和「用戶體 驗」兩個關鍵準則的關注超越了傳統的產品服務系統的範圍。最後,對 VCPSS 的價值共創過 程的設計開發與實踐,包括了共同探索、共同生成、共同設計、共同反思、共同實施以及共同 評估。本研究能夠為 PSS 設計和方法從用戶為中心發展到以行動者為中心的共同創造的觀點做 出貢獻,並且有助於推進 S.PSS 與服務設計交叉的設計研究。

Product Service Systems (referred to as PSS) is a system that integrates products, services, actor networks, and supporting infrastructure. Current research on sustainable PSS (Sustainable Product–Service Systems, referred to as S.PSS) focuses on incorporating environmental factors into the design and development, which is facing three issues: First of all, S.PSS have not yet become mainstream and lack the means to support this transformation. Secondly, sustainable system solutions require a wider range of stakeholders and more complex relationships. Thirdly, S.PSS requires consumer recognition and attractiveness. Fourthly, the value proposition in PSS is not limited to products and services, while more attention needs to be paid to the social dimension of sustainable value proposition.This paper aims at developing a new PSS design method that integrates S.PSS, service-dominant logic, and transformational service design into the design proposition of co-creation of value. Taking the design research method as research framework, theoretical research, project practice and verification analysis are carried out by combining with the DANP multi-criteria decision analysis method and participatory research, then the S.PSS method based on value co-creation is proposed, which is called "value co-creation as Value Co-Creation-oriented Product Service Systems - VCPSS).The research has demonstrated that VCPSS can enable stakeholders and actors to systematically co- create the value of PSS in the context of sustainability: First of all, VCPSS can cover "S.PSS", "service- dominant logic", and "value co-creation" and "transformational service design" to a certain extent. The opportunity of value co-creation in VCPSS have been recognized. Secondly, the focus on two key criteria of "brand value" and "user experience" goes beyond the scope of traditional product service systems. Finally, the design, development and practice on value co-creation process of VCPSS include joint exploration, joint generation, joint design, joint reflection, joint implementation and joint assessment. This research can contribute to the perspective of PSS design and method development from user-centered to actor-centered co-creation, as well as assist to advance design research where S.PSS and service design intersect.
