摘要


利用醣為主體,合出新穎的一級胺雙官能基的催化劑。以一級胺的醣為主體,藉由改變官能基,分別為一個氫鍵來源的對甲苯磺醯基( Ts ),兩個氫鍵來源的硫脲( thiourea )、尿素( urea )和四環的方形醯胺( squareamide ),也改變醣上不同的保護基苯甲醯基( Bz )和苄基( Bn ),以不同的設計想法合成六種催化劑。 藉由合出的催化劑,以環己酮( cyclohexanon )與靛紅( isatin )進行羥醛反應( Aldol Reaction )來測試其催化效果,選定最佳的催化劑,接著改變條件進行最佳化,以最佳的條件應用到不同化合物例子上。

In this work, six novel carbohydrate-based primary amine organo-catalysts bearing multiple hydrogen bonding donors were designed and sythesized for aldol reaction of cyclohexanone with isatines. Catalyst cat-5 catalyzed the asymmetric aldol reactions between isatin dervativers and cyclic ketons with good yields ( up to 89% ) and enantoselectivity ( up to 96% ).
