諮商心理師與學校輔導系統針對自傷個案合作之研究

A Study of Collaboration between Counseling Psychologists and School Counseling Systems for Self-injury Clients

摘要


本研究旨在探討諮商心理師在自傷個案處遇工作中與學校輔導系統之合作經驗。以諮商心理師之觀點出發,探討諮商心理師在自傷個案的處遇工作中,如何與學校輔導系統進行合作、自傷個案在處遇與合作中的特殊性與挑戰為何,以及探討系統合作中之有效因子。本研究以質性研究法,並採立意取樣之方式,訪談具服務青少年自傷個案經驗之諮商心理師,共7位,男性1位,女性6位,平均執業年資5年,最高7年,最低3年,受訪者皆服務於縣市學生輔導諮商中心,其中一位受訪者服務於高中學生輔導諮商中心,其餘皆服務於國中小場域。研究資料以訪談方式蒐集資料,並依據訪談內容作分析整理。研究結果發現:(1)青少年自傷個案易引發心理師與系統合作對象之焦慮,心理師在處遇過程中需同時關注當事人與合作對象。(2)心理師在自傷個案處遇中,需與系統合作對象發展一致性的界線與溝通。(3)心理師在自傷個案的系統合作中,扮演專家角色,提升系統合作對象自傷自殺風險防治概念。(4)系統合作人員有適當的界線與彼此有一致性的處遇、協助個案連結正向關係、提升自傷自殺危機風險概念、促進系統人員對自傷狀態與行為因素的理解、穩定系統人員情緒為合作中有效因子。最後依據研究結論,針對學校輔導人員、諮商心理師以及未來研究提供建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the collaborative experience between counseling psychologists and school counseling systems in self-injury cases. The perception of counseling psychologists was used in exploring how the counseling psychologists cooperate with the school counseling system in the treatment of self-injury cases. Hence, this study explores the particularities, challenges and effective factors of self-injury cases in the system cooperation. To achieve the objectives set in this research, a qualitative research method was employed. More so, this research uses purposive sampling methodology to select 7 samples in which 6 were females and 1 male respondent who has worked at the students counseling center for both junior and high school students and have counseling experiences on juvenile self-injury cases. The research data was collected by interviews and analyzed the interview-based content.The study results are as followed: (1) The psychologists and system collaborative partners are worried about adolescent self-injury victims. Thus, psychologists need to pay attention to both parties, the self-injury case and partners, in the treatment process. (2) During the treatment process, psychologists and the system collaborative partners need to develop a consistent method to communicate with the self-injury cases. (3) In order to strengthen the concept of and the prevention self-injury case to suicide, psychologists have to play a role of expert during the treatment process. (4) The study results show that to prevent the self-injury case from suicidal thoughts and actions, psychologists have to be professional in devising strategies that are capable of preventing anxiety which might lead to self-inflicted injury and then suicide thoughts. Further findings reveal a significant positive relationship between appropriate boundaries and consistent treatment in solving self-injury case. The findings also divulge that appropriate boundaries and consistent treatments enhance the prevention of self-injury status and behavioural factors by stabilizing the emotions therefore, system partners are concluded to be an effective factor in cooperation. Based on the research results, this study provides suggestions for school counsellors, counselling psychologists, also, this research suggests some future research path.
