摘要

全球化競爭中紅色供應鏈之崛起對台灣整體製造業之供應鏈造成莫大影響，以往供應商管理之研究大多朝向企業整體採購績效之探討，較少針對採購人員本身專業及績效間之研究，本研究以個人採購績效為主要研究方向並針對企業為了競爭力提昇而將歐盟環保指令WEEE及RoHS納入考量後之影響探討。本研究受訪對象針對製造業採購人員為研究對象為主。研究方法採用問卷調查，扣除無效問卷，書面回收54份、電子問卷100份，合計有效問卷共154份，回收率達77％。資料分析方法採迴歸分析法及干擾迴歸分析法。研究結果顯示供應商管理，對個人採購績效並無顯著之影響，然採購人員專業能力對個人採購績效具顯著之影響。另外企業對於歐盟環保指令WEEE及RoHS對供應商管理、採購專業能力及個人採購績效之間並無顯著干擾效果。

The rise of the red supply chain in the global competition has a great impact on the supply chain of the entire manufacturing industry in Taiwan. In the past, most of the studies on supplier management have focused on the overall procurement performance of the company, and are less focused on the professionalism and performance of the procurement staff. The study focused on personal procurement performance as the main research direction and discussed the impact of the WEEE (The EU environmental protection directives ) and RoHS in consideration . The respondents in this study targeted the manufacturing purchasing staff. The research used a questionnaire, deducted invalid questionnaires, written 54 questionnaires, 100 electronic questionnaires, a total of 154 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate was 77%. Data analysis methods are regression analysis and interference regression analysis. The research results show that supplier management has no significant impact on personal procurement performance. However, the professional competence of procurement personnel has a significant impact on personal purchasing performance. In addition, there was no significant interference between the EU environmental directives WEEE and RoHS on supplier management, professional competence of the procurement, and personal procurement performance.
