利用無對比顯影心臟電腦斷層影像辨別右心房與右心室結構

摘要


當心臟發生疾病時,最常見的檢查就是進行電腦斷層掃描(computer tomography ,CT),而由於Timing的問題,對比顯影往往都會集中在左心的部分,造成右心在辨識上會需要更多的經驗。本研究針對此問題,開發了一個電腦分析方法來進行區分,並提供三維的心臟影像系統,可以多角度、多方位與多切面觀察心臟的整理生理架構,搭配已搜尋的邊緣資訊可以針對右心房、右心室進行觀察。 本研究將右心房、右心室以手動方式將其區分,利用CT number及在電腦上窗值化後的特性,來進行顯示的限制,設定最大與最小值,讓其只能顯示在該兩數值之區間,透過二值化顯示出來並進行圈選。在圈選部分本研究使用區域成長(seeded region grow)來進行邊緣搜尋,並算出其容積大小,最後以容積結果來對該方法進行驗證。 結果顯示,本研究所使用之方法,能正確的區分右心房與右心室,並且圈選的容積誤差也在容許範圍內,由此證明此方法是可行的,在臨床應用上可以幫助醫生來進行心臟CT影像的判讀。

When heart disease occurs, the most common examination is to perform a computed tomography scan. The contrast imaging is often concentrated on the left heart due to the Timing problem so that the right heart needs more experience in recognition. In response to this problem, this study developed a computer analysis method to distinguish, and provided a three-dimensional cardiac imaging system, which can observe the physiological structure of the heart from multiple angles, multiple directions and multiple views. Observe the right atrium and right ventricle with the searched edge information. In this study, the right atrium and the right ventricle were manually distinguished, exploit CT number and the Windowing were used to limit the display, set the maximum and minimum values so that they can only be displayed in the interval between the two values, display it through binarization and circle it. In the circled part, this study uses seeded region grow to search for the edge and calculate its volume. Finally, the volume result is used to verify the method. The results show that the method used in this study can correctly distinguish the right atrium from the right ventricle, and the circled volume error is also within the allowable range, which proves that this method is feasible and can help doctors in clinical applications.
