摘要


電子廢棄物管理從廢棄物中回收材料的一部分用於製造新電子產品的原材料,已經成為當前生態系統的一部分。這是因為現在全球的採礦活動在產量方面受到限制,出口國可以出口。此外英國一間WRAP研究機構旨在發現消費電子產品影響研究,他們研究表示消費技術的快速發展成了人類對環境的總體影響,並且以非常驚人的速度影響著整體生物承載力。 因此製造商需要支持或開發一種回收方法,以回收已經加工過的材料或其他方式回收機械零件來重新引入二級市場。這項研究的重點是從回收電子材料中建立一個系統,涉及熱解處理和使用一種新的解決方案,4-Hptylaminopyridie。

E-waste management as part of reclaiming materials from discarded waste are already a part of the current ecosystem to reclaim some of the raw materials used in the making of newer electronics. This is because mining practices around the globe are now limited in terms of the quantity produced and can be exported by the exporting countries. Furthermore, with research done by WRAP, a UK based institution aimed at finding the impact of consumer electronics, they have concluded that the fast-moving and development of consumer technology contributed to the overall impact humans have on the environment, which is also affecting the overall biocapacity in a very alarming rate. As such, there is the need for manufacturers to support or develop methods of recollection to reclaim materials that are already processed or otherwise reclaim parts of the machinery for re-introduction to the secondary market. This research is focused on the creation of a framework of research that involved pyrolysis processing and the use of a novel solution, 4-Heptylaminopyridine, to reclaim materials from recycled electronics.
