建構雲端跨企業品質文件管理系統之探討

摘要


現今快速與激烈競爭的商業環境中,企業對產品品質的要求越來越嚴格。面對物料與半成品的品質異常需更快速的排除,在品質異常排除過程中,企業可以運用電子化跨企業工作流程進行整合與溝通,減少不必要的成本浪費並提高流程效率,改善企業的競爭優勢。 本研究使用統一塑模語言設計此跨企業工作流程系統,運用工作流程聯盟的概念整合跨企業工作流程,並在雲端平台中實踐此系統。使系統具有高服務性、可擴展性、提供必要的彈性及達到即時反應資訊。系統可以在不同的裝置執行應用程式、資料儲存以及計算等服務。本研究選定物料品質文件管理作為範例建置系統,當中包含進料檢驗時發現的品質異常、生產時,因物料瑕疵而造成停線的品質異常、客訴後確認為物料造成的品質異常等情形。本研究在OmniBPM雲端平台上完成跨企業品質文件管理系統,使用者可以有效管理與追蹤品質文件、減少人工處理時間,對於品質或作業效率上都能有大幅的提升。

Nowadays, due to the dynamic and competitive business environment, enterprises require more on quality of their products. To reduce cost of waste and to improve competitiveness and efficiency, the enterprise should solve quality problems of raw material and work-in-process as soon as possible. In the process of solving quality issues among companies, the electronic inter-organizational workflow can be a solution for integrating enterprise efforts with better communication. This research used Unified Modeling Language to design an electronic inter-organizational workflow system, the concept of Workflow Management Coalition (WfMc) was applied integrate all inter-organizational workflows, and this system was realized on a cloud platform. This system is highly serviceable and scalable, and it provides the flexibility and achieves real-time information requirements. This system can perform applications, data storages, and computing services with different electronic devices. This research selected a document system of a material quality management system as an example to realize the system design concept. The management system can process quality issues from incoming inspections, the on-line manufacturing troubles and product complaints of customers. This research implemented a quality document management system on the OmniBPM cloud platform. This system helps users to search quality files and manage quality improvement activities with lower manual processing time. This system provides a substantial increase in quality improvement and operational efficiency for inter-organizational workflow activities.
