含多芽氮配位基與鉬、鈀金屬之化合物合成、結構之研究

摘要 本論文將探討含有bis(2-pyridyl)formamidine (HdpyF) 或 bis-2-(6-methyl pyridyl)formamidine (HDMpyF) 配位基與鉬金屬及含N-(p-Tolu-enesulfonyl)-2,6-diaminopyridine (TAP) 與鈀的化合物之結構與光譜特性。藉由起始物 Mo(CO)6 與 HDpyF 在 THF 下反應得到Mo(CO)4(HDPyF),1,在CH3CN 下反應下可得到類似的 Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)(HDPyF),2,化合物的結構已用x-ray決定。化合物 1 的晶體資料:空間群為 P ,a = 7.392(2) Å,b = 9.869(2) Å,c = 12.059(3) Å,α = 80.514(3)°,β = 79.805(3)°,γ = 69.297(3)°,V = 805.0(3) Å3,Z = 2,R1 = 0.0468,wR 2 = 0.0937。化合物 2 的晶體資料:空間群為 P21/C,a = 15.826(1) Å,b = 7.760(1) Å,c = 15.313(3) Å,β =115.712(2)°, V = 1694.4(3) Å3,Z = 4,R1 = 0.0371,wR 2 = 0.0992。配位基 (HDMPyF) 與 Mo(CO)6 在 THF 下反應可得到 Mo(CO)4(HDMPyF),3, 其晶體資料:空間群為 P ,a = 7.2265(5) Å,b =10.2031(8) Å,c = 13.3141(10) Å,α = 79.997(1)°,β =80.293(1) °,γ = 72.122(1)°,V = 912.93(12) Å3,Z = 2,R1 = 0.0256,wR 2 = 0.0691。內分子經由 pyridine環的氫原子和相鄰氧原子形成氫鍵吸引力,分子連成2-D分子層,分子層更進一步的以aromatic stacking interations 形成龐大的3-D網狀結構。 PdCl2 與二當量的N-(p-Toluenesulfonyl)-2,6-diaminopyridine (TAP) 在 HCl 及H2O 下反應形成 [PdCl4][H(TAP)]2,4,而此化合物具有非線性的 C-H….Pd 的作用,空間群為 P21/n,a = 9.059(1) Å,b = 11.770(1) Å,c = 15.151(1) Å,β = 94.910 (1)°,V = 1609.6(2) Å3,Z = 2,R1 = 0.0268,wR 2 = 0.0682。這個結構有趣的地方是 C-H….Pd 的作用力形成三中心四電子氫鍵鍵結,此外尚包含 Pd-Cl….H-N 及 Pd-Cl….H-C 兩種吸引力。 化合物4 具有螢光。配位基未接上金屬時其螢光量子產率較大,接上金屬時產率變小,這些我們也將於本論文中探討。

Abstract The complexes Mo(CO)4(HDPyF), 1, and Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)(HD-PyF), 2, were prepared by reaction of Mo(CO)6 with bis(2-pyridyl)formamidine (HDpyF) in THF and CH3CN, respectively. Crystal data for 1: space group P , a = 7.392(2) Å, b = 9.869(2) Å, c = 12.059(3) Å,α = 80.514(3)°, β = 79.805(3)°, γ = 69.297(3)°, V = 805.0(3) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0468, wR2 = 0.0937. Crystal data for 2: space group P21/C, a = 15.826(1) Å, b = 7.760(1) Å, c = 15.313(3) Å, β = 115.712(2)°, V = 1694.4(3) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0371, wR2 = 0.0992. The two complexes show supramolecular structures in the solid state by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and aromatic π-π stacking interactions. The complex Mo(CO)4(HDMPyF), 3, was prepared by reaction of Mo(CO)6 with bis(2-(6-methyl pyridyl)formamidine (HDMpyF) in THF. Crystal data for 3 : space group: P , a = 7.2265(5) Å, b =10.2031(8) Å, c = 13.3141(10) Å,α = 79.997(1)°, β = 80.293(1)°, γ = 72.122(1)°, V = 912.93(12) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0256, wR2 = 0.0691。 Reaction of PdCl2 with (N-(p-Toluenesulfonyl)2,6-diamino-pyridine (TAP) afforded [PdCl4][H(TAP)]2, which shows a pair of nonlinear C-H….Pd interactions. Crystal data for 4 : P21/n, a = 9.059(1) Å, b = 11.770(1) Å, c = 15.151(1) Å, β = 94.910(1)°, V = 1609.6(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0268, wR2 = 0.0682。
