政府為提昇科技之發展,每年資助研究機構發展專案計畫之研究經費逐年提高,在科技不斷推陳出新,研究機構之專案計畫所欲達成之目標,也不再是單一專門技術領域專才就可研發成功,必須透過跨功能團隊的組成,整合各領域之專門技術、專業人才及其他設備資源,共同開發目標技術。為確保政府科技專案經費的大量投資能發揮實質的效益,進而提升產業的技術能力、促進經濟成長,了解跨功能團隊之成功因素有其必要性。 本研究彙整文獻整理出影響跨功能團隊之關鍵成功因素,並將關鍵成功因素加以分類,分「設立階段」、「促動因子」與「團隊行為」三大類,並探討其關連性。 本研究以在研究機構中採行跨功能團隊執行之專案為研究單位,而問卷發放的方式採取人員親自訪問法及利用電子郵件傳送問卷等兩種方式,總計發出110份,有效問卷56份,總回收率達到50.9 %,並利用典型相關分析,得出以下結論:(1)設立階段各因素與團隊行為各因素具相關性;(2)促動因子各因素與團隊行為各因素具相關性;(3)團隊行為各因素與團隊績效具相關性;(4)促動因子對設立階段因素與團隊行為因素之影響力。
In order to develop high tech industry, our government has been raising the sponsorship budget to those projects which are executed in Research institutes. The goal to success for those projects will not be simply achieved by single skill, but achieved by cross- functional team, consolidated with various skills, professionalism, facilities and resources. It is mandatory to understand the key successful factors for cross-functional team, as we can maximize the effect of the sponsorship from our government, enhance the competence for the industry as well as to make economic growth. For further discussion of their connection among, this study has been sorted out the key successful factors for cross-functional team and has been categorized the success factor into Initial Stage, Enabler and Team Behavior. The study target is the research institutes, which are using cross-functional team to execute their projects. The questionnaires were distributed in two ways, one by interview in person, and the other by e-mail. Total 110 sample copies were distributed, 56 effective copies were back, return rate 50.9%. The result as follows comes after analyzing: (1) Correlation between Set Stage and Team Behavior,(2) Correlation between Enabler and Team Behavior,(3) Correlation between Team Behavior and Team Performance,(4) Impact to Enabler versus Set Stage and Team Behavior.
