以ML4425為基礎之無量測器永磁同步馬達驅動系統之研製

摘要


本論文主要目的是在設計永磁同步馬達之無量測器速度控制。近年來因為磁性材料、半導體功率元件和控制理論的發展有長足之進步,使得永磁同步馬達在中低功率的工業控制應用上扮演一個相當重要的角色。但由於裝置位置編碼器將引起馬達運轉上諸多的限制與缺點,故馬達無量測器控制技術之發展有其重要性與必要性。因此本論文利用ML4425積體電路(Integrated Circuit,IC)來達成永磁同步馬達無量測器之速度控制,使得永磁同步馬達能夠順利由靜止狀態起動並加速至所設定之速度。在ML4425之應用中只要知道馬達的電氣和機械參數,便能妥善的運用ML4425來控制馬達之轉速。最後經由實驗結果來驗證利用ML4425所設計之驅動系統能夠確實得到良好的特性。如此不但可以縮減永磁同步馬達之體積,使其更易於各種應用場合之安裝,更可降低驅動系統之成本,以提高永磁同步馬達無量測器速度控制系統之競爭力。

The subject of this thesis is to design a sensorless speed control system using ML4425 for a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive. Owing to the advancement of magnet material, power semiconductor components and control theories in recent years, the PMSM has been widely used in many industrial applications for low and medium power. Because of the limitation and drawback of the PMSM equipped with position sensor, the research of sensorless control schemes for PMSM becomes very important. Therefore, a sensorless speed control system for a PMSM drive using ML4425 is proposed in this thesis. The proposed motor drive system can make the PMSM accelerate from standstill to the set speed smoothly. In the application of ML4425, only limited knowledge of electrical and mechanical parameters is needed to control the speed of the PMSM properly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme is verified by some experimental results.
