新型良導絡量測系統之研發及應用於下背痛之診斷

The Development of New Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns and Its Application in Diagnosis of Low Back Pain

摘要


由過去文獻可知當臟腑產生病變時,會在體表產生反射點,而藉由量測穴位皮膚電阻抗,可推測各臟腑的活動和其疾病的存在,此即為良導絡測定。然而傳統之良導絡測定儀僅能量取一個穴位的良導絡值且無法連續監測其變化,而進行良導絡量測時,需全程由操作人員手持測定導子量測待測穴位。此外測定導子容易使量測結果造成誤差 ,可信度令人質疑。 由於傳統良導絡經絡測定儀有上述幾項缺點,因此本研究的目的在於研發新型之良導絡量測系統,以改善這些缺點。在硬體設計方面,以電極貼片代替銅製測定導子,固定施測壓力及測定導子之濕潤度,並利用微處理器使新系統可以同時量測三點穴位之良導絡值。在軟體設計方面 ,以Visual Basic 6.0設計操作介面,並增加自動量測及連續量測功能。 新系統研發完成後,則進行新舊系統比較與系統測試 ,以確定新系統之穩定性,並進行下背痛患者的良導絡值量測。除了觀察下背痛與十二經絡的關係之外,並比較針灸治療前後其良導絡值的變化,最後再與相關文獻做比較 。 研究結果發現,新系統較舊系統穩定,不易受人為因素影響量測結果,且功能較多。而在下背痛患者診斷中則發現,下背痛患者在十二經絡良導絡值的表現上,膀胱經傾向於實證,而腎及膽經則傾向於虛證,另外肝經及腎經則出現左右失衡的情形。在針灸治療前後,小腸、三焦、肝、腎、膀胱、膽及胃經等經絡之良導絡值具有統計上之差異(P<0.05),其中膀胱經及膽經均回復到正常生理範圍,且肝經及腎經左右失衡的情形也有改善,顯示針灸治療有達到經氣周流、陰陽協調、五臟六腑機能活動正常的效果,可使下背痛患者之良導絡有回到正常範圍的趨勢。

From literature review of ”Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns”, measurement of skin resistances on acu-points, could reflect the condition of viscera. However, traditional Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System could not monitor the Ryodoraku value continuously, and just could measure one point at one time. Besides, testing probe must be held by an operating staff in the whole measurement course, and it would cause an inaccurate result. In order to improve the feature of traditional Ryodoraku Neuro- metric Patterns System, the purpose of this study was to develop a new Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System. In hardware design, adhesive electrodes were used to stabilize the pressure and moisture of the testing probe, and an AT89C51 microprocessor was used in the system to measure three points in the same time. In software design, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was used to design the operating system which was able to do auto-measuring and continuous-measuring. For evaluating the stability of the new system, measurements of healthy subjects were taken and we the Ryodoraku values of low back pain patients were measured. Then the relationships between low back pain and twelve meridians were evaluated, and the variation of patient’s Ryodoraku values before and after acupuncture treatment as well. The results showed that (1)new Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System has more functions, and more stable than traditional one. (2)the diagnostic of patient’s bladder meridian was exaltation, but the kidney meridian and gall meridian were depression. Besides, there was a significant imbalance between both sides of the liver meridian and kidney meridian. (3)The Ryodoraku values of small intestine, triple heater, liver, kidney, bladder, gall and stomach meridians had significant difference after acupuncture treatment. The bladder and gall meridians were even adjusted back to normal condition after acupuncture treatment, and it had effects to improve the balance between both sides of the liver meridian and kidney meridians. Therefore acupuncture could adjust the Jing-Qi (properties) of the meridians, and had the effects to improve the low back pain patients' condition.
