摘要

值此資訊科技發達、產品生命週期縮短、總體環境日益複雜且顧客的需求多樣化的年代，企業必須配合環境，於適當時間內提供適量產品或服務，以滿足顧客的需求者，才能在其產業競爭環境中求生存並獲得顧客的持續青睞。近年來在產業界漸成風潮的企業資源規劃系統（Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP），就是一套強有力的、提供經營資源最佳化的資訊管理系統。
對整個龐大的供應鍊而言，如何在複雜的資料輸出與輸入後維持系統的完整性與正確性變成了運作個ERP系統的首要之務。非平衡佇列傳輸(Transfer of Imbalanced Queue)的技術可以提供使用者更加流暢與正確的輸入流程。另外為了提供多人的操作特性，多迴路資料處理行程(Multiple Data Processing)也廣泛的應用在ERP的系統當中。所以上述的兩項技術，無疑的在現今的ERP系統當中佔了相當重要的一席之地，也是我們研究ERP系統時的重要課題。
最後，希望藉由透過本研究的成果，使後繼的ERP從業人員可以輕易的了解ERP系統中技術的的精髓所在，也使得ERP的資訊人員可以在最短的時間內，融入ERP的領域，創造出最適合企業的ERP流程。

Due to the issues in development of the information technology, reduce life cycle of products, customer demand in the diversification and complicate of general environment today, enterprise must co-operate with the environment and providing the suitable amount of products and services to satisfy consumer’s demand; thus, it can gain the favor from the consumer and survive in the industry competition. Therefore, the Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP that has been mentioning in the industry for recent years would be consider as the most powerful and best information management system.
For the large supply chain, it is an important factor to maintain the completeness and correctness under the complicated data input and output. Technology in Transfer of Imbalanced Queue could provide users fluently and correct flow path, and Multiple Data Processing also use extensively in ERP system for providing its unique operating characteristic for multi users. In the descriptions of these technologies above, we could not denied the ERP system is playing an important character in the technology today, thus also an important topic for the research.
Last, wish the result from this research would make more ERP staff members easily understanding the quintessence of techniques in this system, and that would let the ERP staff members get into the ERP area in the short period and create the suitable ERP flow path for enterprises.
