並聯工具機之探討及設計

摘要


中文摘要 六軸並聯式CNC工具機,以其並聯式致動機構提供靜動態高剛度、高靈活性和高精度的特性,成為各工業先進國家致力發展的新世代工具機。本研究目的在開發六軸並接式平台工具機,以建立6-6平台工具機之機構設計製作技術,機台校驗技術,六軸控制技術,機台設計製作技術及五軸加工之切削技術,協助國內廠商擁有開發並聯式工具機之關鍵技術能力。 經由研究成果的累積,完成六軸並聯式工具機之結構本體的設計,並考量結構及機構製作需符合實際加工可達成之程度,如幾何公差、表面公差及加工方法等。此外,仍需考慮各零組件在組裝過程之所有裝配程序,及裝配完成後進行整機之機械校準之可行性,進一步估計及改良設計後,將設計規格定案。 目前,本研究完成了六軸CNC工具機的組裝工作,完成的工作包括機台結構設計製作及組裝,伺服機構設計製作及組裝,控制器整備,參數設定及性能調校,人機界面製作,配線工程,以及切削液供給,噴漆,護欄等雜項工程,機台組裝,工作內容之程序及相關性,並完成了初步的性能測試及切削測試,並經由工作經驗累積,逐步進行機台,機構及控制系統的設計改善及性能提升。 關鍵詞:並接式平台工具機、機台校驗技術、六軸控制、 機台設計製作。

Abstract The 6-axis parallel-platform type CNC which performs characteristics of high static and dynamic stiffness, high flexibility and high accuracy becomes the modem machine leading industrial countries are devoted to develop. This investigation aims to develop the technique of structural design, platform fabrication and 6-axis controlling for 6-axis parallel-platform type CNC and the technique of 5-axis cutting. This investigation still gives assistance to domestic factories to possess the key technique of building the parallel-platform type CNC. This investigation completes assembly of the 6-axies parallel-platform type CNC including the structural design and fabrication of platform and servo system, preparing for controller, parameter setting , performance fabricating, interface design, power circuit, cutting fluid supplying, paint spraying and covering. The initial performance and cutting testing have been finished. The design and performance optimization of the platform, mechanism and control system will be promoted by accumulating experience progressively.
