循圓系統於多自由度體積誤差量測之應用與系統建立

摘要


中文摘要 本研究的目的即是開發出一套能夠快速量測出五軸工具機及六軸工具機的各自由度體積誤差,並且符合經濟、簡便原則的自動化誤差量測系統。本研究的理論部分是以Wang與Ehmann在1999年提出利用循圓測定儀量測工具機三軸向位置誤差的方法為基礎。以齊次座標轉換之方法重新推導本研究室之前所推導的RTTTR與TTTRR型五軸工具機之誤差模型,將之改良為更實用。並以數值模擬的方法檢驗誤差模型的正確性。在實驗部份將以單點法(Single Socket Method)對TTTRR型五軸工具機和六軸平台工具機之體積誤差做實際量測來驗證本研究室所發展的體積誤差量測系統。為了推廣使用此誤差模型進行工具機的體積誤差量測,本研究同時發展出一套具有人機介面的電腦輔助體積誤差量測系統,包括量測所需硬體設備的規劃與電腦輔助計算軟體的設計。

Abstract The major contribution of this study is developing an efficient, easy setup and low cost volumetric error measurement methods for multi-axis machine tools and also the Stewart Platform based machine tool. The error models for the measurement methods were developed based on the implementation of the homogeneous transformation matrix. Based on the error models, both the position and orientation errors of multi-axis machines can be determined though two-stage-measurement ball-bar measurements. Both simulation and experimental verification for the measurement system were good performed. The experiment result have shown the reliability of the proposed method to practically apply the method to machines. Finally a computer-aided system with friendly interface was developed .
