電子公文安全機制之研究與開發

在本論文中，對電子公文作業系統之安全需求，我們提出三種類型的安全協定，以符合現代需求的安全服務。第一個協定是針對收發雙方而不涉及公正第三者的電子公文傳送而設計，具有公文完整性、保密性、不可否認性、收發文相互認證的特性。第二和第三個協定是針對收發雙方經由公正第三者的電子傳送而設計。除了具備第一個協定的特性外，第二個協定並具有輔助證明認證的特性，第三種類型具有原始公文證明認證的特性。我們研究的主要結果如下。(1)保護公文傳送的安全。(2) 提供雙重簽章以加強身份認證。(3)可視需要提升應用至商業機密契約的交換上。

In this thesis, three secure protocols are proposed for the security problems in electronic document system to obtain modern security service. The first protocol is designed for the electronic document transfer between two parties without the trusted third party. The features of this protocols is the document can keep integrity and nonrepudiation and mutual authentication. On the other hand, the second and third protocols are designed for the electronic document transfer between two parties with the trusted third party. They possess all the eatures of the first protocol. For the second protocol, the trusted third party stores the signature of digest of transferred document signed by the two parties without the transferred document. For the third protocol, the transferred document with the signature of its digest signed by the two parties are stored by the trusted third party. The main results of our study are as follows. (1) Protect the document be transferred securely. (2) Provide mutual signatures to enhance the identity authentication. (3) Promote the applications up to the commercial quality.
