向列型液晶摻雜碳奈管的光致電流

摘要


吾人研究了在水平排列向列型液晶摻雜碳奈管樣品的光致電流。藉由光致電流的量測結果,吾人推論樣品在氬離子雷射連續照射以及外加直流電壓的共同作用下,液晶混合物因外場而形成誘發電荷轉移複合體,這些電荷載子的擴散與漂移造成了樣品中的光致電流。對於本研究光致電流產生機制,吾人粗略地以一簡單的載子模型來描述所觀察到的行為。

We report the observation of photoinduced current in pane cells of nematic liquid crystals doped with carbon nanotubes compound in the presence of both a dc voltage and low-power optical field. Under the combined application of continuous wave Ar-ion laser irradiation and dc voltage, compound consequence of charge–transfer complexes. During the photoinduced transfer, photoinduced charge generation has been photoinduced current due to photo–carriers diffusion and drift. Rough estimate our data about the photoinduced current arise mechanism, we made a sample model which is delineable with our observations.
