利用二硒磷酸配位基NH4Se2P(OR)2,(dialky diselsnophosphate ligand)(R=iPr,Et)與InCl3在低溫下加入CH2Cl2反應,可以獲得In[Se2P(OR)2]3 (R=iPr,Et)的化合物,其幾何結構為八面體的結構,此化合物本身具耐高溫的特性,所以在工業界上可以鍍膜,也可當作有機金屬為原料先驅物的化學氣相沉積(metal-organic chemical vapor deposition MOCVD)技術。 利用[-(Se)SeP(OR)2]2(R=iPr,Et,nPr)與[CpFe(CO)2]2(Cp=C5H5)分別在室溫下(R.T.)及高溫下(Reflux)加入toluene反應,室溫下可以獲得褐色Cp(CO)2FeSe2P(OR)2(Cp=C5H5)(R=iPr)晶體,高溫下反應4 hr利用管柱層析法可分離出下列錯合物FeCp2,Cp(CO)2FeP(OR)2(Cp=C5H5) (R=iPr,Et,nPr)及一些未知化合物。它們的特性經由X-ray單晶繞射儀、NMR光譜儀{31P{1H},1H,13C,77Se{1H}}、IR光譜儀、CV分析儀、元素分析儀及熔點測定儀完成的。
The reaction of InCl3 with NH4SeP(OR)2 (R= iPr,Et) in CH2Cl2 at low temperature affords In[Se2P(OR)2]3 (R= iPr,Et) complexes two spaces.The geometry at indium is distorted octahedral. The complex can enduer high temperature, so it can use as thin-film precursors in the industry, and it can also be used as precursors in metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The reaction of [CpFe(CO)2]2 with bis (selenophosphoryl) diselenides [-(Se)SeP(OR)2]2 in toluene at amibient temperature gave a dark crystals of Cp(CO)2FeSe2P(OR)2 (R= iPr). A similar reaction at reflux for 4 hr gave dark brown mixture,from which, in order of elution from a silica gel column, the following complounds were obtained : FeCp2、Cp(CO)2FeP(OR)2 (Cp=C5H5) (R= iPr,Et,nPr) and some unknown compounds. The characterizations by X-ray diffraction method、NMR spectroscopies {31P{1H},1H,13C,77Se{1H}}、IR spectroscopy、elemental analysis and melting point of these compounds were carried out.
