非整列容積的同質面建構法

摘要


摘 要 操作容積的立體顯像及手術模擬可讓臨床醫師做精確的診斷或讓外科醫師驗証及修改手術計劃。雖然彼此不為平行的非整列斷層片在臨床上常被使用著,但目前尚未有人以由非整列斷層片所形成的非整列容積為研究對象。在本計劃,我們以先前對傳統容積的容積視覺化和手術模擬的工作為基礎,藉完成下列工作來達到非整列容積之視覺化及手術模擬的目的。 1. 推導非整列容積與傳統容積及幾何空間之間的轉換關係。 2. 由’1’之轉換關係,修改適用於傳統容積之表面重建法,以開發非整列容積之表面重建法,並探討非整列容積中法線的計算方法,以開發非整列容積之視覺化演算法及程式。 最後我們以配合臨床病例驗證或修改所開發的轉換公式、表面重建、法線計算和試作系統。

Abstract 3D rendition and surgical simulation by manipulating volume data assist clinicians to make more diagnosis, and let surgeons to verify and modify surgical plans. In this paper, for the first time, we focus on the volume formed by unaligned cross sections (unaligned volume) used frequently in recent clinical cases. Based on our previous works of volume visualization and surgical simulation for traditional volumes, we develop the methods of volume visualization and surgical simulation for unaligned volumes in this project. We achieve the purpose by the following works. 1. Introducing the transformation formulas of the unaligned volume between the traditional volume and the unaligned volume between Cartesian space. 2. Using the formulas, we modify the isosurface reconstruction algorithm for the traditional volume to obtain the one for the unaligned volume. We also develop the algorithm for computing the surface normal in the aligned volume; then, develop the algorithms and routine for visualizing the unaligned volume. Finally, we use clinical cases to verify the isosurface reconstruction and surface normal computation.
