坡地安全潛勢分析評估方法之研究

摘要


台灣地區山坡地之開發利用勢在必行。未來山坡地的開發工程必定有增無減;但是人為的開發、建設卻往往破壞原有地質、水文及環境的平衡,若無妥善的規劃施工及養護管理將會導致邊坡發生破壞性崩坍;造成人員傷亡、經濟損失及付出可觀的社會成本。因此,本研究利用有限元素法及極限平衡法為理論基礎進行坡地安全潛勢評估進而回歸至現場監測系統的佈點與提供監測數據的意義。 本研究以變化土壤物理性參數:彈性模數(Young’s modulus)E、波桑比(Poisson ratio)ν、凝聚力(Cohesion)c、摩擦角(Friction angle)φ,以模擬邊坡因地下水位變化而使土層強度產生變化。採用有限元素法分析邊坡可得到坡面的滑動位移,以極限平衡法分析可得到坡面的滑動安全係數。並依據建築技術規則規範邊坡臨界的安全係數界定分析邊坡的臨界破壞值,以劃定災害潛勢。並依據分析邊坡位移量回歸現場監測,以達到災害潛勢評估的落實,進而完成災害潛勢劃定與評估的方法。

Taiwanese region slope ground it develops and make use of potential at make necessarily. In the future slope the ground develops the engineering necessarily increases and have noes and reduces. But develop artificially and developments usually break the original the balance of the geology and hydrology and environment, if construct without the appropriate programming and the superintendence of the curing will be caused side slope occurrence the destructiveness collapses. Cause personnel's dead and injured, economic loss and pay considerable social cost. Therefore, this research makes use Finite Element Method and Limit Equilibrium Analysis to proceeded Research on Slope Instability Potential Recognition, to return the monitored system of locality and provide monitored the meaning of the data. This research to change the parameter of the physical property of the soil: Young’s modulus(E)、Poisson ratio(ν)、Cohesion(c)、Friction angle(φ),make the creation of the strength of the soil layer changed with the side slope of the simulation because of the water table changes. Adopting the finite element method the analysis side slope can get the slide of the face of slope moves, can get with Factor of Safety for Critical Slip Surface of Limit Equilibrium Analysis. Use building laws, Factor of Safety to mark off discredit that Research on Slope Instability Potential Recognition and use displacement of Critical Slip Surface to return the monitored system of locality, make of Research on Slope Instability Potential Recognition and Analysis.
