摘要 本論文提出了一個新型電壓模式泛用二階濾波器電路,這個電路使用了三個電流回授放大器(CFA),兩個電容器及四個電阻器。所提出的電路可以合成二階低通、帶通、高通、帶拒及全通濾波器。所提出泛用二階濾波器的一些濾波器型式擁有多於一個可同時輸出的濾波器響應。其中一個濾波器型式擁有可同時合成非反相低通、反相帶通及非反相高通的訊號,且具備高的輸入阻抗以及僅使用了接地電容器的優點。所提出電路的主動及被動靈敏度皆低,由於CFA的輸出阻抗非常低,所提出電路的輸出訊號可以直接接到下一級去。

Abstract A new configuration for realizing voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter by using three current-feedback amplifiers (CFAs), two capacitors and four resistors is presented. The proposed configuration can realize lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and allpass transfer functions. Some of the derived filter types from the proposed universal biquadratic filter have the advantage of having one (or two) more simultaneous output filter responses. One of the derived filter types has the advantages of realizing non-inverting lowpass, inverting bandpass and non-inverting highpass signals simultaneously with high input impedance and grounded capacitors. The active and passive sensitivities are low. Because the output impedance of the CFA is very low, the output terminals of the proposed configuration can be directly connected to the next stage.
