This research proposes a new grid-based Service-Oriented Architecture to improving Web Services Qos. The Architecture can integrate multi Web Services with response quickly, handle the needs of service requester at the same time, reduce the cost of time, and establish a dynamic linking methodology which is full of flexibility. The main objects of research are following: 1. To improve Web Services Quality of Service Quality of Service including Load Balancing and Fault Tolerant. 2. To modify the collaboration of multi Web Services Collaboration means the relationship of multi Web Services. The Architecture also handles process of requester, job segment, and resources re-distribution. It can takes charge of idle resources, maps out process very well. According to the effectiveness of the Architecture, it can solve problem of idle resources, and make Internet turn into a real service-sharing computing platform.
