摘要


供應鏈管理的主要目的是在整合供應端與需求端的物流、金流與資訊流,以達到資源的最有效應用;本研究將探討供應鏈之基礎架構,並發展出適用於IC設計產業之供應鏈管理模式。 IC產業(Integrated Circuit Industry)是台灣經濟的重要命脈,亦是讓台灣能在國際舞台上佔有一席之地的產業之一,IC產業具有高投資成本、技術密集、高設備折舊、競爭激烈的產業特性,並且各生產階段精細分工;自921大地震後,世界各地的客戶深深了解到分散風險的重要與急迫性,故要求台灣的專業代工廠進行全球佈局,故為設計根留台灣,並維持台灣IC產業的競爭力,故導入一有效之供應鏈管理模式更顯其重要性。 本研究主要蒐集、整理IC設計產業相關資料,藉專家訪談並與相關業界合作以瞭解台灣IC設計產業與其上下游間之運作模式,以建構一IC設計產業之供應鏈管理模式,並利用平衡計分卡建立IC設計產業供應鏈管理之績效指標。

The main goal of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to manage resources efficiently. In this research, we develop a structure that is integrated with material flow, cash flow and information flow of suppliers and customers. We will also discuss the basic architecture of SCM, and develop a SCM model applicable to the IC design industry. The Integrated Circuit Industry (IC Industry) is essential economic lifeblood in Taiwan. The characteristics of the IC industry include high investment cost, technology-intensive, high equipment depreciation and intensely competitive environment. Every production process is divided into detail parts. After the 921 earthquakes in Taiwan, the worldwide customer realized the importance and urgency of risk pooling. So they expand their business internationally. In order to retain the IC design phase in Taiwan, it is more and more important to lead an effective SCM model into the IC industry to maintain the competitiveness in Taiwan. The main work content of the study is to do a comprehensive study on the IC design industry. In order to establish a supply chain management model for the IC design industry, we visited some professionals and cooperate with some relative companies to understand the characteristics and the operation model of IC industry and to build a SCM performance indicator for the IC design industry by Balance Scorecard (BSC).
