聚醯亞胺-黏土奈米複合材料之製備及特性之研究

摘要


本論文利用單體聚合法(in situ polymerization)備製聚醯亞胺-黏土奈米復合材料,將無機蒙脫土利用離子交換法改質為有機蒙脫土。聚合物單體與再與有機蒙脫土混合,成為聚醯亞胺-黏土奈米復合材料。利用不同黏土參雜比例,備製一系列不同黏土含量之醯亞胺-黏土奈米復合材料。 實驗中,我們利用達到奈米級分散程度之黏土,以其無機層材所提供之特性作一些比較。以XRD之基本鑑定其分散以至奈米級分散,並以TGA研判其熱裂解溫度隨黏土增加熱裂解溫度增加,並以偏光顯微鏡探討其表面型態,可發現含黏土會導致結晶增加,並以LCR量測其材料之介電係數隨黏土增加而降低。

In this thesis, in situ polymerization was used to produce Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities , which transforms inorganic Montmorillonite into Organophilic Montmorillonite by ion-exchange method. Monomers are mixed with Organophilic Montmorillonite to produce Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities. By using various composition ratio of clay, We make a series of Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities with different clay ratio. In this study, the characteristics provided by inorganic layer material of clay with nano-scale dispersion are compared. XRD is used identify the dispersion level to nano-scale. TGA is used to judge that the temperature of thermal Decomposed with increasing with the clay ratio. Surface condition is observed by polarizing microscope and it is found that in produced nanocomposites of clay addition will increase crystal. LCR is used to measure the dielectric constant and it was found that dielectric constant decrease with the clay ratio.
