平面磨床熱變形誤差之模型建立與實務探討

摘要


本文探討平面磨床熱變形位移模型之預測精度,量測平面磨床之機台溫升與熱變形位移,使用迴歸分析之移動平均與自迴歸移動平均兩種方法及類神經網路之前饋式與遞迴式兩種網路架構,建立機台溫升與熱變形之關係式。使用模擬方式驗證四種方法所建立熱變形位移模型之預測精度,期望找出最佳之熱變形位移預測模型。

Abstract This study presents the anticipation precision of the modeling thermal deformation. It measures the machine temperature and thermal deformation of the surface grinder. This study uses two methods of regression analysis:Moving-Average、Auto Regression Moving-Average, and two methods of Neural Network:Feed-forward 、Recurrent, to find the relationship equation between the machine temperature and thermal deformation. Using the way of simulation tests and verifies the anticipation precision of the modeling thermal deformation established by four methods. It expects to find the best anticipation model of thermal deformation.
