精密硬式動平衡機之理論與實務

摘要


本文針對硬式平衡機的平衡原理及硬式平衡機之力量測雜訊的處理加以探討,文中介紹硬式平衡機的原理、機構、量測方法與提高量測精度之方法,並發展了剛性轉子的單面及雙面兩種硬式平衡機的實體,其操作介面,使用LabVIEW圖控軟體發展的程式,實現硬式動平衡機的數學運算及操作介面。 根據適應性濾波的原理,使用LMS (Least Mean Square)演算法,訓練權重值,本文針對轉子振動之力量測,其雜訊干擾提出解決的方法,使原始量測訊號中,提取不受雜訊干擾之力量振動訊號,經過運算後,求出轉子不平衡量之位置及大小,本文由數值模擬及風扇動平衡實驗証明之,並與CEMB機台比較,求證自製硬式平衡機具有良好之消振能力。

The study presents hard-pedestal balancing machine and its force signal and noise processing. Introducing mechanism of hard-pedestal balancing machine and the way to improve measurement. It also shows about rigid rotor balance in single plate and couple plates. Using LabVIEW to build the calculation and operation of the hard-pedestal balancing machine. According to use adaptive filter theory to process the force signal interference problem. Using LMS algorithm to train adaptive weighting values. To provide the method to solve the interference problem in rotor vibration force measurement that we can get real rotor vibration signal without interference. After calculation, the phase and magnitude of the vibration signal can be estimated. This estimation is verified by numerical simulation and balance experiment of fans. Also proof that the hard-pedestal balancing machine is good at reducing vibration.
