當企業在海外投資,該如何因應其中衛體系於當地建立新協力網絡時,對於當地協力成員的考量、選擇等問題;而原有的協力合作經驗,影響了協力成員是否一併跨國移轉及對中心廠的需求。而以台灣現有衛星廠商的鑲嵌程度,作為是否進行跨國移轉的參考,若是高度鑲嵌的衛星廠(由於具有較高的專屬性),大多傾向會隨中心廠移轉,是基於何種理由?反之,當鑲嵌程度不高的衛星廠,若當地無適合的供應商,則中心廠也會希望能加強相互間的合作關係,併同移轉,此為本文之研究動機。 透過上述的背景與動機,本研究試圖以網絡觀點、關係觀點及鑲嵌性的觀點,來探討目前日漸活絡的對外投資。因此,擬定本研究目的: 一、探討中衛廠商協力合作關係,並分析中心廠赴大陸投資時,透過評估種種因素,來選擇網絡成員,以建立當地協力體系。 二、探討鑲嵌程度,會如何影響網絡體系的移轉? 三、跨國移轉後中心廠提供的協助,會對中衛雙方關係結構有何影響? 本研究採用個案研究法,探討在網絡外移時,中心廠與衛星廠所考慮的因素作分析,因此,由研究架構來看,中衛體系藉由固有的協力合作基礎與管理經驗,又囿於中心廠或衛星廠的立場與資源條件的不同,彼此所體認的中衛合作行為、對外投資決策、及鑲嵌程度的差異等,藉由探討中衛廠商的種種因素,來探討中心廠與衛星廠在海外移轉前後關係的變化。針對中華汽車與衛星廠商前往大陸投資為例,並經由既有文獻的歸納與個案發現的推演後,得到以下發現: 一、由於汽車零組件製造業廠商屬於中小企業規模,當這些廠商到大陸投資經營經營時,以配合中心廠前往投資最為普遍,一方面有中心廠的支持做衛星廠體系的供應,另一方面也可以採依附中心廠的資源而一起開拓市場的策略最為穩健。 二、由於組織採取網絡策略,會有較高的整體網絡利益。 三、鑲嵌程度會受到環境不確定性、資產專屬性及資源互賴的影響。
