所以在本論文中,我們將會將介紹一個網頁式的整合生物資訊系統 GeneBench 的設計及實作。GeneBench 為一個使用model-view- controller (MVC)設計樣式來設計的一個網頁架構的系統,可以整合不同生物資訊的程式及資料。且在GeneBench中各工具程式間有較少的耦合性,所以可以較容易的去新增新的軟體工具及建構程式庫。利用本系統,希望能使生物人員更容易的了解基因在染色體上的位置和相關資訊,並對有興趣的基因做進一步的分析, 以減少他們在觀察時所花費的時間。
In this thesis we will present the design and implementation of GeneBench a web based experimental system that exploits the integration of bio informatics tools using server side model view controller (MVC) design pattern GeneBench can also embed laboratory flow concepts implicitly. The tools incorporated in GeneBench are loosely coupled and thus it is easier to add new tools. It is hope that GeneBench can help the molecular biologists to find the genes of interest and reduce the analysis time.
