變頻風車系統控制器設計

摘要


本文之目的在於將模糊控制器(Fuzzy Controller,簡稱FC)應用於變頻風車系統控制器設計上,使得風管內的靜壓能夠得到較佳的響應;若某風車發生故障狀況,此控制器將快速反應並使其他風車加載,以補償不足的排風量。 半導體生產工廠使用許多風車,例如用於傳送潔淨空氣到無塵室裡和生產線的廢氣排出,前者控制微粒子的能力與生產良率有關,後者排出有機或可燃廢氣與生產安全性有關。 目前許多工廠都使用PID控制器來控制風車系統,但仍要工程師調整PID參數,這樣無法發揮出最佳的上升響應時間;因為若發生風車故障其PID的響應緩慢,所以再增設風車以補足風量並縮減風險。 本文以送風風車作為實驗主體,首先將系統的靜壓資料量測後予以收集後,以最小平方法來進行參數鑑別,以決定風車系統的模型;再藉由基因法則(Genetic Algorithm,簡稱 GA)尋找出最佳的控制器參數,最後在閉迴路實驗系統得到其響應,以驗證控制器的性能。 實驗結果顯示,以模糊控制器加入變頻風車系統的控制,可減少其壓力響應的上升時間,也改善系統的性能。

The purpose of this thesis is to apply fuzzy controllers (FC) to the system of variable speed blowers with inverter devices to improve its duct pressure performance. And, if one of the blowers experiences problems the controller can adjust the other blowers to quickly compensate for it. Semiconductor factories use many blowers, for example, positive air input for a clean room and exhaust output for a production line. The former directly affect production quality due to the ability to control particle contamination. The latter directly affects safety due to its ability to vent harmful organic or combustible gases. Presently, most factories use PID controllers for blower systems. The parameters of the controllers are usually manually adjusted by engineers, so there is no optimal real time response. Because the PID response is too slow, this causes the factories to install additional blowers to reduce the risk of blower shutdown. Supplier air blowers are the main issue of the experiment. First, after the measurement of duct pressure and data collection, the least square method was used for parameter identification to determine the blower system model. Second, a genetic algorithm (GA) was used to search for the optimal controller parameters. Third, the closed-loop experimental responses were obtained to verify the performance of the FC. The experimental results show that the use of FC in variable speed blower systems can greatly reduce the rise time of the pressure response of the blowers and the systems performance is also improved.
