本論文的目的是研製以數位信號處理器TMS320C240為控制核心之永磁同步馬達驅動器,配合渦卷式冷媒壓縮機,發展省能源、高效率之小型空調系統。 由於永磁式同步馬達在冷媒壓縮機上的應用,並不需要很高的動態響應,為了成本考量,本論文採用簡單的純量控制法來控制永磁式同步馬達運轉,而功率開關的控制訊號則採用注入諧波之弦波調變法(SPWM)來實現,此方法的實現非常簡單,但效果與複雜的空間向量調變法(SVPWM)類似。 最後配合渦卷式冷媒壓縮機作整體實際測試,實驗結果顯示,本文所研製的空調系統不論在馬達電流、整體效率上皆比傳統的空調機有明顯的改善。
The purpose of this thesis is to develop a PMSM driver based on TMS320C240. This driver is applied to scroll air-compressors for energy saving and higher efficiency air conditioner. The application of PMSM on air-compressors does not require high dynamic response, thus, this thesis uses simple V/F control method for PMSM control to simplify the controller circuit as well as reduce the cost. SPWM with harmonic ejection method is applied on the power switch controller in order to achieve similar effect as a more complex method, SVPWM. The proposed method is tested with a real scroll air-compressor. The results show that the efficiency and current of the proposed SPWM with harmonic control method performs better than traditional control method.
