產品設計及製造相關資訊在產品生命週期(Product Life Cycle)中,是一個相當重要的環節,佔相當多的處理時間,亦常發生溝通困難的情形。在設計的流程中常需要大量的參考資料,並同時產生大量的設計資訊,在過去針對這些資料的處理,常以堆疊資料的方式處理,在傳統設計流程中,設計師必須耗費相當多的時間去搜尋相關的資料,此舉無疑是減緩設計效率的一大主因,而產品資料管理系統(Product Data Management System)就是一套可以管理產品相關資訊的工具。另外在所產生大量的設計資料中,其實有相當多值得參考的資訊,對於其他產品發展階段及未來新產品研發有很大的幫助。故透過知識管理系統(Knowledge Management System)的運作、資料匯集、經驗萃取、知識共享,快速匯集、累積來自於產品設計與研發的經驗和知識,快速發展出更高效益的經營與產品生產技術資訊。 本研究乃針對台灣地區鋁合金鋼圈產業,透過個案訪談與問卷調查的方式,以知識管理的觀點,分析此產業在產品資料管理與知識管理採行的作法及差異,並進一步分析產品資料管理與知識管理的相關性。
Information regarding product design and manufacturing plays a quite important role and takes much processing time.There are also many communication problems between numerous designing data.In the past, people usually deal these data with stacked information procedure, and this leads designers to take huge time in surveying reference information.This is one of the main reasons retarding designing progress."Product Data Management System" is the one to help to manage product developing data.Besides, there are many useful information between designing data that could be used in other product developing stages or in the future.Via the help of "Knowledge Management System", we can raise product R&D experiences and knowledge to better business efficiency. This study aims at the aluminum rim industry in Taiwan through case study and questionnaire interview.We analyze those differences that business conduct product data management and knowledge management.Furthermore, we realize some relations between the product data management and the knowledge management systems.
