本文由專利的要件及種類開始介紹,以建立專利的原始輪廓,接著運用TRIZ理論,探討發明流程的建立方法,以及解決發明過程發生問題的方法,包含:質場分析(Su-Filed Analysis)、76個標準問題解(76 Standard Solutions)、Altshuller矛盾表 (Altshuller’s Table of Contradictions)、40個發明原理(40 Inventive Principles) 、39 個工程參數(39 Engineering Parameters)、ARIZ(Algorithm for Inventive-Problem Solving)解題系統、產品發明的演進型態、科技知識庫(Technological Effects)等方法。 根據解決方案之需求,使用質場分析建立發明目標,再以此目標為導向,進行矛盾因素之平衡分析得到解決的原則及採用原理,根據此原理原則使用Altshuller矛盾表,以39個工程參數中找出欲改善參數及導致惡化參數,經對應後篩選出40個發明原理中適合的解決方法及途徑,並以三個摘自中國大陸之柔性齒條、傳熱壁、可攜帶式牙刷的實際專利案件,使用TRIZ方法來作驗證。 本文討論針對靜壓軸承或靜壓滑軌的供油,因直接衝擊主軸或工作檯造成微振動,解決方案之需求,以TRIZ方法進行供油衝擊減緩器之發明歷程,完成創新靜壓軸承供油結構設計,提升靜壓軸承主軸或靜壓滑軌工作檯之精密度,並經由樹狀圖及魚骨圖來分析說明軸承及支承潤滑油的衝擊減緩器之設計內容及型式。
This thesis introduces the elememt and type of the patent, and builds the primitive outline of the patent, then introduce TRIZ theory probe into the setting-up method to invent procedure, and solve and invent the problem method which include: Su-Filed Analysis, 76 Standard Solutions, Altshuller’s Table of Contradictions, 40 Inventive Principles, 39 Engineering Parameters, ARIZ(Algorithm for Inventive-Problem Solving), Evolution of Technical System and Technological Effects, etc. Some practical cases which are selected from the China patent databases are illustrated to introduce TRIZ method. This study investigates the supply pressure of hydrostatic bearing and slideways by means of utilizing TRIZ methods and then adopt Su-Filed Analysis to set up the goal of invent. Use Altshuller's Table of Contradictions to find out feature to improve and undesired result parameter with 39 engineering parameters, then elected the suitable solution from 40 Inventive Principles to reducing impact device. To accomplish and improve precision structure design of supply pressure for hydrostatic bearing and slideways. Via the arborescent flowchart and fish bone plot to analyze and illustrate design content and to model reducing impact device of hydrostatic bearing and slideways.
