中文摘要 彩色濾光器是LCD中最重要的關鍵零組件,由於是一片相等大小的彩色濾光器配對一片TFT array以製成LCD面板,因此彩色濾光器品質好壞對LCD色彩的顯現有決定性的影響。平面顯示器是顯示領域中是必然發展的趨勢,而TFT-LCD也名列其中,且扮演著一個極為重要的角色。顯示器的目的是將最真實的世界呈現在我們的眼前,進而我們得到最優值得視覺感受及最確實的資訊內容,為了達到此理想,使彩色化便是不可或缺,彩色濾光片便是讓TFT-LCD此一平面顯示器彩色之最大功臣。 本研究以彩色濾光器在彩色層製作過程中,?使顏料光阻以顏料分散法均勻塗佈在玻璃基板上,並讓色彩飽和度的表現更佳及減少顏色膜厚塗佈不均之現象,應用L16直交表經過多次要因配置而產生之實驗數據,其色度座標及塗佈膜厚均勻度均能達到所希望之理想品質特性,並用田口式工程實驗之變異數分析,選擇最有利之參數組合,以改善專業廠商之工作者能以較符合經濟效益的做法,且在短佔時間內來解決此問題,並能達到客戶滿意之訴求及快速生產為目的。
Abstract Color Filter is one of the most essential materials in a LCD Panel. Since the size of Color Filter and TFT array must be identical for the production of the panel, therefore, the quality of Color Filter will be affect the overall quality assurance of the LCD panel. The development of flat panel in the Display Device Field is inevitable; our topic of TFT- LCD, in this case, also belongs to the trend of development: it is performing in one of the most crucial roles. Colorful display devise is necessary for presenting the most natural images in our world. Color Filter is the one of the fundamental components which creates color images on display devices. This research is dedicated to the production process of Color Filter by employing Pigment Dispersion Method to evenly disperse the color resist on the glass panel and achieving the appropriate metric saturation level by eliminate the uneven color resist distribution phenomenon. By applying the data which is derived from Orthogonal Array(L16) with multiple variable calculations, chroma coordinates and thickness uniformity to achieve the ultimate quality standard; In addition, with Taguchi Quality Engineering Method as Analysis of Variance tool selecting the best data combination, the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and production efficiency can be fulfilled.
