影像顯示器產業發展知識地圖探討之研究 -以P公司為例-

摘要


在這個資訊爆炸的時代,新技術不斷的被研發出來,尤其透過網際網路〈Internet〉,知識的取得可突破空間與時間的限制,並散播到世界各地。因此,我們可以將全球資訊網(WWW)視為一大型資料庫,裡面包含了許許多多、各式各樣的資料,讓所有的人可輕易的透過網際網路的方式而取得其所需資訊與知識。但相對的,由於資訊過度快速的成長,導致擁有過多的資訊,以致於讓人不知如何採取有效方法,從中過濾和萃取有效的資訊,單純的擁有資訊不等於能夠有效地運用資訊,這就形成所謂「資訊煙霧」﹙InfoSmog﹚的狀況。 顯示器產業是一個高度競爭激烈的產業,產品的生命週期短,產品的開發技術發展快速,因此需要避免在有限資源下,做出重複性的錯誤與付出,盡量節省解決問題的時間以專注於產品的改革及創新。對企業而言,需要的並不是更多的資訊,而是經過分析和整理過的資訊,也就是真正的知識。在國外已經有許多學者發表所謂「知識地圖﹙Knowledge Map﹚」的觀念,希望企業能透過組織內知識地圖的建置,來解決企業內部知識不易搜尋的問題。 本研究試圖探討利用知識地圖整理知識的方式,來整理顯示器產品開發中所產生的知識。利用知識地圖的方法來整理相關知識,主要有下列的好處: 1.在於解決企業內部知識工作者對知識不易搜尋的問題。 2.能夠評估企業內部所擁有的寶貴知識資產,促進知識分享,是整理知識的好方法,也可是企業知識盤點好工具。

Information has exploded in the last years, the new technology and technique have been developing and come out continuously. The knowledge can break the restrict of the space and time for access and go to the world-wide location, particularly through the internet (WWW). So we could treat the internet (WWW) as a large database, inside included lots and many kinds of the data and information that make all people easily to obtain the information and knowledge they need and want through the way of the internet . Oppositely, due to the rapid growth of information, it cause people hardly to adopt the valid and excellent method to take out and extract the valid and good information from there . We purely own the information, that does not mean we could make use of these information efficiently, so it forms the condition of so-called “InfoSmog” . Display monitor industry is highly competing industry. Shortened product life cycles and rapidly changed advance technology application of product development are characteristics of display monitor industry. Under of restricted resources, the resources of business need to avoid repetition of mistakes, reduce duplication of effort, save time on solving problem and dedicate to innovation and creativity. For business and company, which they need and want is not merely “more information” but the information had been analysed and extracted. The need of business is the knowledge transferred from the information. According international research, there are many scholars announce the idea of the so-called “Knowledge Map” and build up the knowledge map of business to solve the problem people couldn’t search the knowledge easily and efficiently in the business. This research tried to study and make use of the method of managing knowledge of knowledge map to manage the knowledge from developing display monitor products. The main advantages of making use of knowledge map are as follows: 1.Solving the problem knowledge worker couldn’t access the knowledge easily and efficiently in the business. 2.The knowledge map could be good and excellent tool to survey and manage knowledge resource of the business , it also could promote the sharing of knowledge and accomplish the objective of knowledge audit.
