本研究將針對資源調配管理之改善進行探討,網際網路興起之後,為了爭取時效,電子郵件及網頁應用常被當為資源調配管理的工具,但其中人的行為介入頗多,由於電子化方式無法瞭解語意,其實仍是在模擬傳統的資源調配管理,造成管理的效率與效果不彰。 語意認知機制的資源調配管理過程,就是要改善管理的效率與效果,讓使用者的調配管理條件,能夠以語意的方式充分被表達出來,而電腦系統就以此語意的管理條件,啟動電腦系統間代理人(Agents) 資源調配機制進行管理,因此本研究將著重在如何使電腦系統能夠具有識別語意的能力,配合資料交換機制,整合異質資源調配管理系統,減少人為的干涉,並獲得優質的資源調配管理綜效。 由於XML具有自我描述其註標內容的特性,應用程式可藉此處理網際網路上的資料,近年來已成為電子商務常用的資料格式,但XML並不具有識別語意的功能,因此對於一般文件的解譯仍需前置且固定的文件格式;本研究是以本體論(Ontology)來搜集語意,再以資源描述架構RDF(Resource Description Framework)及DAML+OIL(DARPA Agent Markup Language plus Ontology Inference Layer)為基礎來描述資源及改善語意解譯,並將此機制以代理人型式置於網路上,其目的在解決目前電腦無法瞭解文件涵義的問題,我們使用資源調配管理為實例,說明如何將電子文件透過前置的資源描述予以處理語意的分析,並經由代理人的運作,替代傳統資訊系統的預約方式。
This research will emphasize on the development of a Resource Management System. After the rising of the Internet, in order to strive for more efficiency, electronic mail as well as the applications of webs is frequently deemed as a tool to administrate resources. However, the conducts of human beings account for much of it. As a matter of fact, seeing that we cannot realize the meaning of language from the electronic ways, we are still stimulating the traditional resource management, leading to the inefficiency of administrations. The Resource Management process of Semantic-Aware Mechanisms is the attempt to approve the affects and the efficiency of managing to make the conditions of users expressed completely via the mean of the language used by us human beings. Nevertheless, computers consider as the conditions to manage with a view to calling the Agents-amidst-computer-systems Resource Management Routine to control, and so this research will focus on how to make the computer systems possess the facility to recognize our language, with which to exchange for information, in order to classify the different Resource Management Systems, decrease the interruptions of human beings, and attain the superior results as a whole of resource managements. Since the XML has its own feature to explain its content annotations, by which applied programs can cope with the information on the Internet, the formation of it has recently become the information form often used in electronic business, except that XML does not have the ability to recognize languages. Hence as to the explanation of common documents, the document forms stably placed ahead are still in need; this research takes advantage of Ontology to collect the meanings of languages, and subsequently makes use of RDF (Resource Description Inference Framework) and DAML+OIL (DARPA Agent Markup Language Plus Ontology Interference Layer) as the basis to describe resources no less than to advance the descriptions of languages, and adapt this system as the style of agents put on the Internet to resolve the problems regarding documentary significances which computers are not able to know to this day. We utilize Resource Management as realistic examples to account for how to handle the analysis of the language meanings of the electronic documents by means of the resource explanations put beforehand, and through the operations of the agents, we can replace the approaches to reserve in the traditional information systems.
