摘要


兩個新電壓模式濾波器網路在本論文中提出。第一個電路為以NMOS為主體之一階全通濾波器。第二個主題為單一輸入五輸出之萬用濾波器。 本文第一個新電路提出了一個一階全通濾波器的新架構,此電路結構只使用了四個NMOS電晶體、兩個二極體、兩個電阻器與一個接地電容器。其中,僅使用到電容器接地的設計使得電路更適合於積體化。最後,PSpice模擬結果也證實理論的分析。 在第二個主題中,我們提出一個新型單一輸入五輸出之電壓式萬用濾波器。此一電路結構使用了兩個第二代電流傳輸器搭配一個雙輸出之運算轉導放大器,再加上四個電阻器與兩個接地電容器。電路中同時可以實現所有二階濾波器功能, 亦即為高通、帶通、低通、帶拒和全通濾波器。此外,兼具了諧振頻率與品質因素可正交調整、電容接地以及主、被動靈敏度低等多項優點。最後,並以PSpice驗證了電路之可行性。

Two new voltage-mode filters are presented in this thesis. The first is the NMOS first-order all-pass filter. The second is the universal biquadratic filter with one input terminal and five output terminals. Firstly, a novel first-order all-pass filter is presented. The proposed configuration employs only four NMOS transistors, two diodes, two resistors and one grounded capacitor. The use of grounded capacitor makes the proposed circuit suitable for integrated circuit implementation. PSpice simulation that verify the theoretical analyses are also included. Secondly, a new voltage-mode universal biquadratic filters with one input terminal and five output terminals are also presented. The proposed circuit uses two second-generation current conveyors and one double-output operational transconductance amplifier, four resistors and two grounded capacitors. The proposed circuits can realize all the biguadratic filter functions, namely highpass, bandpass, lowpass, notch and allpass, simultaneously. This circuit enjoy the advantages of orthogonal controllable of resonance angular frequency and quality factor, using only grounded capacitors as well as low active and passive sensitivities. Finally , we use PSpice simulation to confirm the theoretical prediction.
