This paper presents a new super diode and a peak detector configurations use the current feedback amplifier (CFA). Generally, super diode employing operational amplifiers (OPA) just have low bandwidth. The new super diode employing CFA has wider bandwidth than those employing OPA. And the new peak detector that employs CFA has lower drift voltage than those employing OPA, and it also can detect the short duty time of input signal pulse. The proposed circuits employing grounded capacitors and resistors are suitable for integrated circuits. In the development, HSpice simulations applying UMC 0.5um technology process parameters to confirm the proposed circuits in this paper are also given.
