台電北供變電所電磁場量測與分析

摘要


摘要 電力的發展帶給人類在生活上許多的便利及促進工商業的發達,然而隨著環保意識的抬頭及相關文獻的報導,電力設備所產生的電磁場可能對人類健康造成的負面影響,亦逐漸受到一般民眾的注意,尤其距離低頻電磁波源較近的住宅,其居民罹患癌症及白血病的機率比例是否較高,是近年來熱門討論的問題。 本報告採用三軸式低頻電磁場量測器(EMDEX SNAP及Combinova FD1)為檢測儀器,以台北、松山、城中、大同及板橋五個一次變電所為量測環境,對於一次變電所圍牆四周及所內變壓器進行電磁場量測,利用迴歸分析探討電場與匯流排電壓及磁場與負載電流之間的關聯性,並將各變壓器額定負載電流代入迴歸方程式預測測量點的最大磁場值,與所量測的電磁場值是否符合國內的管制標準內。

Abstract The power development brings much convenience to human life and boosts the development of industry and business. However, with the increasing concerns of environmental protection and reports regarding to related issues, the electrical and magnetic fields caused by the power equipments are likely to have a negative impact on human health and gradually draw more attention from public.The probability of catching the Cancer and Leukemia disease for the residents living in the houses especially closer to the sources of low frequency electric/magnetic wave has been the hot issue for discussion in lately years. The three-axis measurement facilities for low frequency electrical and magnetic fields is used in this thesis and five primary substations in Taipei, Sungshan, Chengjung, Tatung, Panchiao are referred to the measurement environment. The measurement of electrical and magnetic fields in the surrounding wall of primary substations and in indoor transformer is conducted to present the relation of electric field to bus voltage and magnetic field to loading current using regression analysis. The loading current of each transformer is then substituted into the regression equations to yield the maximum estimated value of electrical and magnetic fields. As a result, the measured electrical and magnetic fields are compared with to determine whether it complies with the domestic limited standard.
