眼罩式低功率雷射針灸儀研製

摘要 本研究係透過結合專業醫師之實務經驗,使用雷射二極體為光源,開發一套具模組化與可程序化診療功能的眼罩式低功率雷射針灸儀器。系統設計上分為三部分,一為光灸儀機構部分,二為光強度量測及電控校正,三為程式介面編寫。機構設計主要為符合眼部周圍特定穴道位置及舒適性為考量,主體結構選用快速成型製作以滿足少量多變化的需求,人體接觸部分選用親膚性材質以減少人體不適感。電控以10 通道控制板來控制8組(16顆)雷射光束,透過USB傳遞指令給單晶片控制每一組雷射二極體之照射能量、照射時間及照射序次。程式設計方面主要分為模組化及自訂療程兩部分;模組化方面由專業醫師提供51組療程,將 51 組療程以下拉式選單方式,確認後開始執行;自訂療程部分則可針對8組穴道位置、12種光強度及照射時間任意選項,以配合日後療程項目擴充之需求。 本系統目前已透過專業醫師進行臨床模組化療程實驗,實驗結果顯示本儀器之療效反應相當快速,慢則ㄧ天,快則療程結束就能發現病患症狀有所改善,達成傳統雷射針灸技術邁向自動化醫療的目標。

ABSTRACT This research combines the experience of trained medical professionals and the use of laser diodes as the light sources, to produce an automated module of a diagnostic and treatment available low-power laser acupuncture eye-piece. The implementation of this system is divided into 3 major parts: the mechanism design of the laser acupuncture device, the measurement of the light intensity and the calibration of electronic control, and the related programming work. The principal mechanism design is to fit around the places of vital points that allow comfort towards patients. Rapid prototyping was used for main structure fabrication in order to meet demand of small quantity but various types. Skin-friendly material was used in the body-contact part to avoid uncomfortableness. The 16 laser beams are controlled by a 10 channel control board through an USB interface to control the intensity of light, exposure time and exposure order. The programming includes two parts, the automated modules and the customized treatments. The automated module includes 51 courses of treatment provided by trained medical professionals, with any one of the treatments being able to be chosen from a drag-down list. Regarding the customized treatments, we could set 8 spaces of vital points with options of 12 light intensity and arbitrary working time to perform the additional treatment procedure for the future requirement. This instrument had been used by professional doctors to carry out some courses of the module treatments on patients in order to verify the curative effect. It is proved that the effect is prompt; the patients could discover improvements of their symptoms right after the treatment, or at least within a day. From the experimental records, we reached the conclusion that this instrument can achieve the treatment effect same as traditional laser acupuncture and reach the goal of the automation of laser acupuncture treatment.
