發展認知萃取模型以建立本體化的概念架構

摘要


網際網路上知識交換與分享已成為必然趨勢,以共用與分享為訴求的語意網路滿足了此資訊需求,具語意解析能力的知識呈現規格,能提升資訊系統的處理能力,但是本體論的建置本是一門藝術,在學術上本體論的建置尚未有明確的定論,而概念化結構更是本體論建置最重要的基礎架構,也稱為簡結構本體論。因此,本研究提出認知萃取模型(Extracting Cognition Model, 簡稱ECM)方法協助專家由非結構化文件中,萃取出具概念化的階層架構。本認知萃取模型方法不在於取代專家,而是用於協助專家能客觀地取得共通概念,進行概念階層分析。本研究提出三個研究議題:一、不具結構化資料可產出專業術詞。二、專業術詞可提升為上層概念。三、由概念和關係可建構出概念架構。本研究模型整合多種知識擷取及概念分析技術,透過關鍵字擷取模組取出專業術詞,因為關鍵字計算將遺失部份頻率低,但重要性高的字彙,藉由語意權重分析模組能補足關鍵字模組的資訊不足。且在不同專家文件及資料擷取技術下,擷取後的知識通常存在概念不一致,運用概念驗證模組能幫助我們取得唯一的共同概念,最後使用概念階層分析模組,對一階的概念集合進行概念階層分析,建置出本體化的概念結構。本研究結果經過專家覆審實證後,證明本研究的三項研究議題,皆可由本研究所提出的認知萃取模型方法得到解答。在沒有標準分類架構,面對龐大的資料量下,專家藉由認知萃取模型方法的協助,能將傳統的資訊擷取提升至概念知識擷取的層次,有效降低知識概念分析及概念架構萃取的成本,提供明確的本體化概念架構擷取方法論。

For ontology builders, creating a suitable conceptual structure of specific domain is increasingly problematic. Though humans have been building ontologies for years to express subject area of interest, an efficient ontology building process is very much ad-hoc. This research describes how a synergy of elicitation approaches including terms recognition, concept term identification, and hierarchical structure discovery can be used for constructing the conceptual structures of ontologies. The research provides a walkthrough example that utilizes textual journal abstractions from an interest domain are considered as sample croups. The empirical findings indicate that elicitation approaches have advantaged in providing a prototype of conceptual structures for ontology builders who can further confirm and finalize the ontology. The result of extraction model may be useful in conceptual hierarchy for ontology builders.
