摘要


「統計製程管制」(Statistical Process Control,SPC)乃是一套自製程中去搜集資料,利用統計方法加以分析,並從分析中去發掘及探討異常原因,並即時採取改正行動,使製程恢復管制的狀態,也就是戴明博士所說:「品質不應再依賴進料及出貨的抽樣檢驗,而應該採用就在生產過程中,以良好的管理方法來獲得良好的品質」及「要運用統計的原理與技術,以決定製程能力」;裘蘭博士亦說:「直線管理者必須參與品質管理」。 由於石英晶體的生產,頻率點非常多樣且製程中各項參數變化非常複雜。所以必須應用一套適宜周延的SPC管理體系,來維繫與改善製程品質。本論文嘗試引用以SPC的製程控制精神,以實際高頻石英震盪器為例,導引石英晶體生產現場的品質管制與分析架構。並針對石英晶體振盪器重要管制站,設計 SPC 管制圖,以控制石英晶體振盪器管制製程中重要參數的變化,並利用Gauge R&R 分析來研判量測系統或量測方法的適用性。 本論文利用 SPC 製程管制,找出影響產品特性參數的重要製程,在製程中利用 SPC 加以監控,當發生異常時,將問題反饋,找出真因並立即改善。並針對石英晶體生產製程,進行全面性有效管理,提升製程的穩定性及產品品質,最終能使滿足客戶需求及降低生產成本,達成最佳的生產績效。 本論文成果包括三部份: 1.SPC:「統計製程管制」對生產的重要性 A.降低不良品個數 B.降低生產成本 C.提高利潤及客戶滿意度 2.迴歸分析:利用簡單回歸分析方式找出產品因電壓變化對產品頻率所造成的影響,進而利用此一方法控制檢驗相關參數。 3.Gauge R&R:利用Gauge R&R分析,暸解量測系統及作業人員的相互影響及適切性。

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a method to collect data from the process and use statistical method to analyze it. To find out and investigate the abnormal reason by the analysis and take read time action to correct it so that the process can be back to normal.。 Due that the production of quartz crystal has various frequency points and the process parameter variations are quite complicate, there should have a suitable SPC control system to maintain and improve the process quality. In this thesis, the author tried to adopt SPC process control spirit to apply on real high frequency quartz crystal process to build up the quality control and analysis system for its production. Besides, for those quartz crystal key control spots, design SPC chart to control the key parameter variations during the quartz crystal process procedure. Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility method (GR&R) is used to judge if the quality measurement system or quality test method is suitable. This thesis use SPC process control to find the key steps which will affect the product characteristics parameters most. SPC method was used monitor the production procedure. When any abnormity happens, fining the root cause and to correct it immediately. Focus on the quartz crystal production procedure, executing overall effective control to improve the process stability and product quality. The final goal is to meet customer need and reduce the production cost to achieve the best product performance. 1.SPC: The importance of "Statistics Process Control" for production A.Decrease imperfect product number B.Reduce production cost C.Increase profit and customer satisfication 2.Regression analysis: Adopt simple regression analysis method to find out the product frequency effect caused by voltage variation and using this method to exame related parameters. 3.Gauge R&R: Using Gauge R&R analysis to understand the mutual influence between measurement system and operation pepole.
