新型高功率LED車前燈研製及模擬分析

摘要


本研究重點在研發一套新型高功率發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)車前近燈系統,此系統係利用多組發光元件組成,單一發光元件內配置單顆LED為光源,在模擬軟體中將之視為點光源,每一發光元件由橢圓反射面及平面反射面組合而成,在無聚光透鏡的情況下即可產生完整光形,並且藉由改變橢圓反射面之長短軸尺寸,即可控制單一發光元件的照射範圍,進而衍生出集中照射區、切線控制區及擴散照射區等三種照射區域,以符合法規ECE R112之光線形狀與照度分布規範。 主要設計概念為使用橢圓反射面及光學軸向的0度及15度夾角平面反射面為設計概念,光源設計為向下發光的型式,光線在各個發光元件中經由直接和反射兩種方式,往25公尺外10X10平方公尺的被投射面投射出去,並以平面反射面控制光線分佈圖形上緣形狀成為切線區。採用光源為PHILIPS Lumileds 所生產之LUXEON V Portable系列Lambertian-LXHL-PW03以及Side Emitting-LXHL-DW03白光光源,將LED光源置於橢圓形反射罩的第一焦點上,一部分光線經由橢圓反射罩缺口射出,另一部分經橢圓反射罩集中至第二焦點再由缺口射出,兩部分光線最終在被投射面上結合。 本系統共使用10個LED光源,總光通量1145.558 Lumen,水平線h-h上方區域之量測點4+5+6照度為0.9369 Lux,大於法規0.6 Lux要求,量測點7照度為0.116 Lux,符合法規0.1~0.7Lux之規定,量測點8照度為0.2307 Lux,亦符合法規0.2~0.7 Lux之規範,下方區域光線分布呈現左方水平、右方15度傾斜向上的明確切線,成功達成使用LED為光源之車前近燈研製的目的。

This research focused on the development of a new-type high power light emitting diodes headlight system, is composed of multiple sets of lighting devices. Every device has one LED as light source which works as a point source in Light Tools. Each device is combined by elliptical reflector and plane reflector, this can produce complete light distribution pattern without using spotlight lens. Lighting devices can control the illumination range by changing the dimension of ellipse’s axle. This can spin off hot zone, cut-off line and diffusion region, the kind of illumination zone. The combined zone becomes a light distribution pattern that conformed to the ECE Regulation No.112. The concept of main design is based on placing of elliptical and plane reflector at 0 degree and 15 degree respectively. The light source is designed to be lighting towards downward. Each device’ s light will be illuminated on the 10m × 10m measure plane which is placed at 25m from the source. The upper edge of the light distribution pattern is controlled by plane reflector, and it can be the cut-off region. To select white light LED Lambertian-LXHL-PW03 and Side Emitting-LXHL-DW03 which Luxeon V Portable series made by PHILIPS Lumileds. LED is on the first focal point of the elliptical reflector, a part of light will go through the gap where in ellipse reflector, the other part will focus on second focal point then go through the gap. Two parts of light combine on the measure plane. This research use 10 LEDs, and the total luminous is 1145.558 Lumen. Light distribution pattern that above h-h line is under well control, point 4+5+6 are 0.9369 Lux, greater than 0.6 Lux, point 7 is 0.116 Lux, between 0.1~0.7 Lux, point 8 is 0.2307 Lux, between 0.2~0.7 Lux. Light distribution pattern that unfer h-h line has clear cut-off line. It is horizontal in left and 15 degree up in right. The result by different geometry and dimension design and data in simulation by Light Tools, show this research is Success in LED headlight system.
