退休教師之居住空間的生活實態研究

摘要


台灣自1993年開始正式邁入高齡化社會,根據2008年行政院主計處之人口統計資料顯示,台灣地區六十五歲以上的高齡者人口已達人口總數的10.2%,老化指數為58.1%。另外,1999-2004年期間,退休教師總人數佔全國近十年退休教師總人數之61.6%;而2007年國內退休教職員之平均退休年齡為53.6歲。因此,明顯受到高齡化與退休年齡下降的影響,導致國人從退休至終老的時間普遍延長。此外,從既往文獻中發現,多數研究主要探討退休者的生涯規劃、休閒行為、退休金和退休制度為主,唯針對退休者之居住空間與行為的轉變與異同,進而瞭解退休後對於居住空間之期待等課題較少涉及。 本研究擬針對台北地區之大學與國小退休教師作為研究對象,將「居住行為」、「居住空間」、「居住期望」、「空間改善」等進行調查分析,藉以掌握台北地區之退休教師,其退休後的生活實態。此外,本研究透過相關資料的分析整理,建立問卷,並電腦統計軟體對問卷進行分析後,之後再經由電話訪問釐清與深入瞭解問卷所得數據之原因,其研究結果分析如下: 一、從退休後之居住行為得知,國小退休教師傾向於從事家事行為,而大學退休教師則傾向於從事工作與休閒行為為主。 二、退休後在空間上的使用率可知,國小退休教師以傾向使用客廳,大學退休教師傾向使用臥室、書房、工作室。 三、不論是國小或大學退休教師,皆認為退休後最適合的居住方式主要受到婚姻狀況、家庭人數、子女人數等影響因素。 四、影響退休教師之居住空間修繕的原因會受到健康狀況、退休年數、居住型態、室內坪數等影響。

Taiwan has started entering an ageing society since 1993. According to the demographics of Directorate General of Budget, Accounting, Statistics, Executive Yuan, the population of the elderly above 65 years old has reached 10.2% of the total amount, and the indicator of ageing is at 58.1%. Besides, the retired teachers from the period of year 1999 to 2004, arrived at 61.6% of all retired teachers over last decade. In 2007, the average age of domestic retired teachers was 53.6 years old. This phenomenon showing a prolonged retiring life, has been obviously influenced by the ageing population and the descendent retired age accordingly. In addition, over the past documents, many researches mainly focused on the retired people’s life planning, leisure behaviors, pension schemes and retiring systems. Yet, it seldom related to their residential space, the changes of similarity and variance of behaviors, and the understanding of those expectation. This research is to target on the retired teachers of universities and elementary schools in Taipei, and to carry out an investigation and analysis of residential behavior, residential space, living expectation and space improvement for understanding the retired teachers’ living condition in Taipei. Still, this study will set up a questionnaire after collecting the related sources. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed by a computer. Then, the outcome reasons of the questionnaire will be classified and verified by telephone interviews. The followings are the results of this study: 1.On the residential behavior, the retired teachers of elementary schools tend to do the housework, while those of universities tend to focus on working and leisure behaviors. 2.On the spatial using, the retired teachers of elementary schools tend to stay in the living room, while those of universities tend to use the space of bedrooms, studying rooms, and working rooms. 3.All the retired teachers of elementary schools and universities consent that the living mode after retiring is influenced by the state of marriage, the number of family members and children, etc. 4.On the reasons of spatial renovation, the retired teachers are affected by the state of their health, the years of retiring, the style of living and the indoor square measurement, etc.
