台灣半導體廠商目前為排名世界第一,但近年來,因為半導體封裝產業競爭激烈,如何強化企業的功能與改變產業的體質,來提昇生產力績效的競爭力,為一迫切的基本要務。 本研究以此為動機,蒐集十三間半導體封測廠商的之相關資料,使用生產力績效指標以及資料包絡法分別對這些封裝測測廠商進行研究,資料範圍為 2006 年至2008年共三個年度,並使用了三個投入項,包含固定資產、研發費用以及員工人數,以及一個產出項-營業收入作為經營效率之分析。 本研究利用資料包絡分析法之 CCR 模式求得生產效率值,另外透過 BCC 模式求出純粹效率值及規模效率值,最後在針對改善方法,本研究利用差額變數分析所有無效率的公司,並分別探討每個無效率封測公司應改善的方向與幅度。 最後為對國內 IC 封測廠之建議,期望各公司可依績效分析結果對自己公司能有更深的了解,使資料包絡分析法能妥善運用在績效分析上,讓管理者作出正確決策,進而對台灣在高科技產業競爭力之優勢能夠不斷的提升而有所貢獻。
The packaging and testing of industrial in Taiwan are ranked as the top one of the world. But in recent years, because the competitions of semiconductor packaging and testing industry are fierce, how to strengthen the functions of enterprise and physique of the change industry, as well as to promote the competitiveness of productivity efficiency, become an urgent and basic important task in fact. Based on this motivation, this thesis accumulates relevant data of thirteen packaging and testing factories and used Performance Indicator of productivity and Data Envelopment Analysis to analyze the productivity efficiency among these packaging and testing factories for the time period of year 2006 to year 2008, applying three input items (including fixed assets , R & D expense and the number of employees) and one output item (gross income) to conduct the analysis of business efficiency. Empirical results obtain include the production efficiency by CCR mode, applying the BCC mode to extract the pure efficiency value and the scale efficiency value. This research utilizes the difference parameter to analyze all inefficient companies, using the goal improvement analysis to find the company’s should improvement direction and scope. In the final part, this thesis offers some suggestions for domestic semiconductor packaging and testing factories and expects every company can have insight understanding to their companies according to the efficiency analysis. We also hope that DEA can be exercised in the efficiency analysis well and help managers to make the right decision to upgrade continuously and contribute to the competition strategy on the hi-tech industry in Taiwan.
