摘要


在我們生活當中,感測器(sensor)幾乎是無所不在,舉凡冷氣機中的偵測溫度的感測器,Wii手把中測量動能的感測器、發生地震時測量震動種類及大小之感測器,以及在醫學上,測量身體各種訊息的感測器,如血糖感測器,甚至是最新研發的體液測量癌細胞感測器。可說是沒有感測器預先向機器提供資訊,機器就無法做出應對,而我們就無法享受高品質生活。因此製作感測器可說是現在人類生活當中,不可或缺的技術之ㄧ。    本研究目標為能做出能夠應用於感測器的染料高分子基材。本研究以現今材料中,性質優良且應用廣泛的酚醛樹脂與三聚氰胺染料樹脂做為基材,並且將染料中具有感測能力的染料以共價鍵結方式牢牢固定於高分子基材上,解決染劑外漏於溶液的問題。並倚靠高分子的耐久性,提升感測器的可使用次數。在功能上我們將採用多種染劑合成於基材的方式,期望能夠做出多種顏色變化,將可感測的範圍增大,提高其應用價值之染料高分子薄膜。而對於高分子的泛用性,能加工製作成各種產品的特性,我們也期望在成功做出染料高分子後,未來也能看到各種類型以顏色變化的光學感測器出現。以滿足在人類使用上的各種需求。

In the past ten years, Sensors have several applications such as temperature sensors in air condition, motion sensors in wii controller, wave sensor for earth quake and bloody sensor which can find cancer. Variable kinds of sensors have different applications. Sensors can apply for not only high technology but also applications in our life such as coloring on the cloth and copy. In our Research, we develop the colorful film can be used to sensing from dye phenol-formaldehyde (PF) and Melamine-formaldehyde (MF) that have been successfully synthesized via covalent bonding between polymers with different kinds of functional groups and dyes with variable functional groups. Designed bonding and characterizations of dye PF and MF is key issues in this study. In consideration of durability, we except the polymer matrix to agree with extremity of pH in strong acid and base. Besides, we selected multifarious of dyes to afforded sensing an wider range of pH. For responding and reproducting, we testing the rate of changing between acid form and base form. The polymer matrix also can be manufactured many kinds of products to working in various walks of life. For the extensive use of dye PF and MF can be processed into various products, look forward to after the success of dye PF and MF in order to meet the use of human needs.
