在本篇論文中,為了能利用製程簡單且便宜來做出能夠應用於感測器的染料高分子基材,於是選擇便宜又性質優異應用廣泛的環氧樹脂、尼龍纖維為基材,並且將染料以共價鍵結方式牢牢固定於高分子基材上,製備具有可清楚顯色功能之高分子材料,也解決染劑外漏於溶液的問題,並將不同種類染料進階合成多合一染料高分子材料,增廣其變色的範圍,提高其應用價值之染料高分子材料。其後在實驗過程中利用改變不同的疏水/親水性之比例的高分子,發現疏、親水性與滲透過程時間之關係,其再透過化學鍵結的方式鍵結染料,因此使染料高分子材料可重複使用,改善了傳統指示劑不能重複利用的缺點。對於高分子的泛用性,能加工製作成各種產品的特性,期望在成功做出染料高分子後,以滿足在人類使用上的各種需求。
In this paper, for making use of a manufacturing process simply and cheapness to do the dye polymer substrate that can be applied to sensors. Therefore chooses cheap and excellent properties of epoxy resins and nylon fibers are substrates. Dye polymer materials have been successfully synthesized via bonding between polymers with different kinds of functional groups and dyes with variable functional groups. Designed bonding and characterizations of dye polymer material is key issue in this study. Afterward a step synthesized preparation has dye polymer materials, and first we can use the different type dye synthesized to multi- color polymer materials, to broaden the scope of its color. Second, in the process of recycling the use of experimental changes in different hydrophobic/hydrophilic ratio of polymer to dye polymer materials can be used to improve the traditional indicator of the shortcomings can not be reused. For the extensive use of polymer can be processed into various products, look forward to after the success of polymeric dyes in order to meet the use of human needs.
